"Booked based on location, and reviews. Room was nice & hotel food was good. However staff customer services needs improvement. Rooms were not cleaned until after 3pm daily. Napkins and toiletries were not put in rooms. Had to ring 2-3 times before they responded. Staff in restaurant were also not responsive. Had to ask them to clean tables, provide napkins, water and cutlery - whilst they were chatting away! Would not stay again."
