"Very friendly staff but unkept grounds. Place was clean for the most part but Bugs in light fixture in bathroom, blinds on sliding door broken. Fence broken and shrubs were overgrown with plants growing up in the boardwalk. The ceiling had been repaired and paint was on the walls from the roller. Bad job patching the ceiling also. Super nice staff but I won’t return."

"I was very pleasantly surprised at the hotel lobby and rooms and especially the breakfast dining room area and healthy breakfast varieties to choose from. The hotel is a smaller one and so inexpensive that I honestly didn’t set my expectations too high but I was impressed upon entering the lobby. It had the same quality as staying at an upscale Hilton. Very clean. The decor was beautiful and the 2 ladies at the lobby counter who were from Jamaica were cheerful and professional. My daughter and I stayed at Spark by Hilton in Destin, FLorida. We felt safe there. And the VERY spacious dining area and food selection was elaborate. The best and healthiest selection I’ve seen anywhere so far. A lady named Christine greeted us right away when we came to the breakfast area and she was genuinely cheerful like the women had been at the check in desk. From check in to check out, it was a very pleasant stay. I will stay there again. I would even stay there alone."
