Traffic is bad for the location so has to buffer additional travelling time. The shower area is a bit moldy if not would have given higher score for cleanliness. Service was excellent and reply promptly to WhatsApp messages during their office hours. Likes: - big fridge - comfy beds - air-conditioning - water dispenser Facilities not really impressive (relatively small pool and gym). Would have been nice if: - there's private beach access - massage service can start earlier the 10am - provide more kids friendly amenities like child seats and bath tub etc. - doors (e.g. bedroom and toilet) should be able to lock from the inside, instead we have to request for keys - provide scissor for the kitchen

Clean and modern design, great view, friendly staff! I had a great time in Uluwatu with very comfortable bedding and a spacious room during my 2 night stay~ There is a barbecue facility on the rooftop, and you can also light a wood fire, so you can have a romantic time with a glass of wine in the evening :) I think the location is good because you can reach restaurants and tourist attractions within 10~20 minutes by motorcycle. There are some places under construction nearby, but the building itself is well soundproofed, so it wasn't a problem~ The hotel manager, Fran, kindly explained everything about the building, and the staff responded immediately whenever I made a request via WhatsApp, so I had a great time without any inconvenience. If I come back to Uluwatu, I would like to stay at this accommodation again :)

The accommodation is like an apartment, very beautiful, everything is in a modern style, clean white linen, which is very rare. Beautiful showers. Everything is functional. We took one night, but wanted more, there were no places. The only minus from 4 am it was noisy on the street and you could hear everything.

It's clean and nice, but the entrance is in an alley.. When I was there, the power outage kept happening because of construction, which was annoying. The lights kept turning off and the wifi kept turning off.. There's a swimming pool and a gym on the 5th floor, but it was a bit scary because you can't take the elevator when the power outage happens. Other than that, everyone was very kind and nice. There's not much to eat for breakfast. Just egg dishes, a little bread, sausages, etc. It might be better to go out to the front and eat. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the beach by foot.

All good except for some facilities like lights, we need to call electrician to fix and waited for a while. But they were responsive, no need long time to take care of our issue

I really liked the hotel, from the service to the cleanliness and comfort! The room has dishes, forks and spoons, a hair dryer, an iron and a board, everything you need for life, even a microwave and a blender, a refrigerator. Very comfortable, clean and close to cafes and other busy streets, even on foot, there is a good shop at the entrance. The gym is of course small, more for show, a full-fledged one is 5 minutes walk away, the hotel has a beautiful area with a swimming pool downstairs, with tables and sockets. The room has a balcony, a large mirror, slippers and a robe. The staff is very friendly, there is a deposit, which is not very convenient if you take the hotel at the end of your vacation or for the entire period. I recommend the hotel 100%

Отдыхали 24-26 октября 2025г семьей 2 взр + 2 детей в двухэтажном люксе. Шикарный номер - таунхауз, сырости нет, кондиционеры DAIKIN справляются на УРА! На каждом этаже большая двухспальная кровать и сан узел с душем. Завтраки заказываешь заранее за день , приносят в номер - выбор скромный , порции небольшие , но достаточно вкусно. До ближайшего супермаркета PEPITO 10 минут пешком. До кафе 5 минут. Не хватает чайника для заваривания чая ( кулер слабо греет) . И обратите внимание, территория очень зеленая и уютная , бассейн есть, НО прям за забором ведется стройка стройка большого здания - шум и гул начинается с 08 утра до 17 вечера.

Very nice! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious and very clean, and the service was excellent. We really appreciated the privacy and the beautiful design of the hotel. Highly recommend!
