Huge breakfast and used the hotel restaurant even with a convention and wedding still lots of room and quite places to have a coffee. All good. But get a taxi from the station. I walked nearly killed me."

"Myself and family stayed in several rooms recently as we were attending a wedding in derby. Everyone of us had a fabulous sleep and decided to join others for breakfast as we’d all had a few the night before. It wasn’t a problem us booking late for the breakfast and it was all great and they managed to get us all in. Food was hot and freshly made. Would definitely stay again!!"

"Our recent stay at the Leonardo Derby City Centre was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel’s prime location is great. The pricing was reasonable, and we made the decision to upgrade to the executive room. This upgrade provided us with complimentary alcoholic beverages, chocolate cans of soft drinks, coffee at the hotel bar, and a 20% discount on food, which proved to be a worthwhile. It also has underground parking (get there early to secure a position. We would certainly recommend this hotel for future stays."

"Booked this hotel as we were attending women’s football at Derby Pride Park. We used the NCP car park which was only. 5min walk. All the staff were smart, well mannered and helpful. The room was a good size and were surprised to have a full sized bath as well as a powerful shower. Fantastic breakfast selection where all food was replenished as soon as it was getting low. The only negatives for us was the fact we found some rubbish near the bed along with evidence of dust, one of the bed sheets was torn and one of the bedside wall lamp units was hanging off the wall but still functional. Overall a really lovely hotel and ideally situated for the football stadium as well as taking in the local sites/ shopping centre (straight over the road)"

"What a gem of a find. Tucked away in rural Derbyshire with just 4 wonderfully decorated rooms, this is the place to unwind. We were welcomed by the owner, Dan, who couldn’t have been more helpful. The room, Oak, we were in had a lovely little kitchenette with everything you need to cater for yourself if you choose. Fresh fruit, homemade Brownies and crumpets along with breakfast cereals and juices were supplied. The gardens are wonderfully laid out and so peaceful."

"My parents got married in May at The Coach House. The venue and team made a very special day incredible. Great communication up to the day, multiple visits beforehand and conversations from over 300 miles away. The ceremony was perfect. There were plenty of food choices for the set menu and it was delicious on the day. The room looked beautiful throughout. Some music and plenty of drinks from a cute well stocked little bar. Every guest said how much they enjoyed themselves (there was twenty six of us) and what a friendly environment it was. The garden looked full of colour and naturally stunning. Nothing was to much trouble and we'd definitely recommend. Special thanks to Kimberly, Zoe, the lad behind the bar (forgotten his name due to all the cocktails!) and anyone else working behind the scenes! A great choice for a small, intermediate wedding 💒"
