Room is ok clean but not have window i never saw hotel not have window .and very poor service

the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

Fantastic stay at Hyaat Centric, all credits to LUV who made the check in experience super easy and fun. It was over all a very good and memorable experience all together. Will definitely return again for another stay. The food was also very good.

Everything was perfect including room and dinner , breakfast. Will love to travel again. And will recommend to my friend also. Suggestions that there should be dinner buffet included in the room packages. And also there room must be more ligtened.

Best location to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is helpful however almost similar breakfast options on a daily basis that needs little but improvement. Rest of ok and happy to come again for my next vacation. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Came for the new year party..had an amazing time ..the fo staff was really helpful nice assistance given by duty manager Mr Deepak..will surely come again ..the food was delicious and the ambience is so eye pleasing..next year will definitely plan with family love everything about the hotel great food great ambiance great service

Huge room, warm welcome, amazing food, unmatched location ( close to city center), express check in/ out, g8 break fast menu, warm hospitality especially Mr Jitendra. We stayed for just a night from 13th to 14th dec 2024 as part of our sons birthday celebration. Jitendra made it special for the kid and us by arranging a wonderful millet cake for the birthday boy. The kid was so happy by this gesture. Truly thankful to Jitendra and team Hyatt centric Dehradun for making the day super special for the kid. Highly recommend.❤️❤️❤️

It is a very great experience spending my holidays at Hyatt Dehradun. The staff of this Hotel is amazing as you fell like you are at your home only. Very great service and behaviour of staff is very great and ofcourse the location of this hotel is very beautiful as it surrounded by mountains.

I have been to multiple hyatt properties but this is by far the worst in terms of hygiene, maintenance of property and staff. I do not recommend you to book this property specially from December upto March because of the events and wedding functions. They play loud music, there is always chaos at the front gate so you are not able to get your car out in a decent manner and most importantly DO NOT BOOK THEIR BALCONY VIEW ROOM, IT'S JUST NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I will soon share a detailed review with the broken mirror in the bathroom, broken soap baar, the balcony that faces all other rooms of the hotel and not what is shown in the pictures while booking the room, etc.

Great experience at hyatt...really Amazing service by Maria....Maria is a good Employee and I recommend all should book room through Maria...Food quality was great...Ambience was good...Great Seevice and quality...Room was very Clean

Worst experience in my whole life The staff’s behaviour was as if we were there Servent’s Never ever stay at hayatt centric. Also I asked to book a taxi for Saharanpur railway station n on time they cancelled it n left me with no option was abt to miss my train
