Room is ok clean but not have window i never saw hotel not have window .and very poor service

the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit.

Sohail who was assisting me in breakfast was fantastic. Very polite, decent and professional. This was really very good experience. This makes your trip memorable. Sometime positive attitude turn the whole game . I wish Sohail all the best

Hyatt Centric Dehradun is the perfect place to call home while staying in Dehradun. Everything you might need is either at the hotel or very close by. I was especially charmed by the rooftop swimming pool with expansive views of the lush green hills. Steam rooms, saunas, and a well-equipped exercise room are also available for guests. Abundant flowers and potted plants on every floor of the hotel give a natural, vibrant feel to the place. I'm also impressed by Hyatt's commitment to reducing plastic consumption and waste by providing purified water in reusable glass bottles. But the best part of the hotel is the courteous, friendly, and attentive staff. Whether in the lobby, the restaurants, or housekeeping, the well-trained staff of the hotel seemed always to be at hand when needed, and in many cases they anticipated my needs before I even made a request.

Hotel staffs are very good n helful. Chef mauli is very helpful he gave me the food as per my choice. Food is also good.embience is very cool n nice. All market is nearby the hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast fast menu has lots of variety of food.

My stay here was amazing very clean services my room m.r Dinesh h.k and the staff was very attentive and helpfull with everything and people are so nice The view is stunning i really wanted to come again and take the service batters I love the pool and all loved it i will visit again and again

Right now travelling from Delhi to Dehradun by road and checked into Hyatt Centric Dehradun, expecting a comfortable and hassle-free stay. However, my experience was nothing short of extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I was assigned Room 222. To my surprise, the wash basin was not working, and even worse, the phones in the room were dead. I had to use my personal phone to call the reception and report these issues. After waiting for half an hour, someone finally arrived to fix everything. By the time it was resolved, I had already missed my dinner, which was completely unacceptable. This level of poor service is absolutely not expected from a brand like Hyatt. The lack of basic maintenance and slow response time show a complete disregard for guest comfort. Terrible, terrible service—this is not done. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to improve their service standards.

My stay here was amazing. Very clean and spacious room. The staff was very attentive and helpful with everything. During breakfast Mr. Lalit served us and he was extremely good at it.The staff during the breakfast was amazing. Overall a good stay.

Best ever service ive got and the people are so nice The view is stunning at the rooftop Kishan ayush shubam and avinav gave us great service ..... I really wanted to come again and take the service better I love the pool and all loved it I wil visit again and again ..............
