The hotel's location is decent, as it's quite close to West Lake.

## Service
Overall, the service attitude was acceptable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, it had a somewhat rigid, bureaucratic 'state-enterprise' feel, lacking the flexibility and personal touch usually found in other 5-star chain hotels. For instance, outside the kids' club and gym, fruit and water were provided. My child and I each took a bottle of Nongfu Spring mineral water, only to be told we could only take one bottle per person. So, I had to put one back, leaving us with just a single bottle. It was quite an awkward and petty situation.

## Room
The room was exceptionally small, almost to the point of being cramped. Additionally, the kids' club was quite old with a noticeable musty smell, although the overall cleanliness was acceptable.

## Breakfast
Breakfast was truly subpar. I've honestly never encountered such a disappointing breakfast spread at a 5-star hotel. The second day's breakfast was even worse than the first. Around 9 AM, items like rice vermicelli were already gone, and we were told only plain noodles were available. There were also only one or two types of fruit.

## Overall
In short, this is a hotel that's simply not worth staying at. It truly feels like their primary clientele are government officials, not genuine paying guests. However, they did grant a late checkout, so I'm ironically giving it 5 stars – consider this a 5-star negative review! Seriously, don't choose this hotel just for its proximity to West Lake; there are plenty of other excellent hotels nearby that are equally close.

Very tranquil environment with traditional Chinese architecture. We took bikes to the West Lake tourist area and the 灵隐寺 pagoda. Walking around is not as convenient, so taking a bus, taxi, or bike is recommended from the hotel.

【Location】I saw on Xiaohongshu that Hangzhou people said that the West Line of West Lake is the essence, and the most expensive and high-end hotels by the West Lake are also on the West Line. So I specifically looked for a hotel here. The location is very good, quiet in the bustling city, and you can walk to attractions such as Turtle Pond and Yu Qian Temple in a few minutes. Go down the mountain and walk south for more than 20 minutes to the South Line of West Lake and Taiziwan Park, or you can scan a shared bicycle and get there in 10 minutes.
【Facilities】Before booking, I was worried that the hotel was old, but it was actually not bad, with the atmosphere of an old-fashioned state-owned hotel! I booked a special price twin bed, the room was not small, the facilities were complete, there was a desk for children to do homework, there was a bathtub and insect repellent, and the hygiene looked ok. The scallion oil noodles, small wontons and pan-fried buns for breakfast tasted good. There is also a small children's playground in the hotel, which the children like.
[Service] The service attitudes of the front desk, breakfast restaurant, and cleaning staff were all good, especially Ms. Wang Shiqin, the housekeeper of our building. When we checked in, it was almost dinner time, so we asked her to recommend dinner in the surrounding area, and she introduced several restaurants and styles in various directions. In the end, we ate at Yijiang Chunshui, which was very close to the hotel and recommended by her. It also felt like an old state-owned restaurant and tasted pretty good. After checking out, we took a taxi at the front desk. Didi could not be used in the West Lake Scenic Area. The guy at the door heard about it and contacted us to go to the local Hello Travel, where we could take a taxi.
[Suggestions] There are two areas for improvement, that is, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, and the previous All Seasons did not have it either. I don’t know why, but fortunately I brought it myself. In addition, the curtains are not very good at blocking light. I felt that there was light in the east-facing room before I got up in the morning.
ps. I originally booked Santai Villa, but later I found that a similar price here included two breakfasts before I checked in, so I changed it. The two hotels are right next to each other. Anyway, I am quite satisfied with Zhejiang Hotel. It is cost-effective. I only stayed for one night this time. I haven't visited the west line of West Lake enough. I will come again if I have a chance! It's just that this place is in the scenic area, and it's not very convenient to take a taxi. We simply walked from the east side of West Lake. After checking out, we walked to Huanglong Cave to change to another hotel. Anyway, there are scenery all the way~

This hotel is in a small island and from the parking lot they will pick you up with a small cart. There are different kind of rooms depending on the price. We had the cheapest one but trip promised they will give us an upgrading and do they did. We got a bedroom and living room with balcony and nice view of the lake. Breakfast has many choices. It is nice to walk around the island but there is nothing else around. All three hotel restaurants are quite expensive.
There is also an outdoor and indoor pool.

Located on the banks of the Fuchun River, the scenery is very good, especially the sunset, full of artistic conception, relaxed and happy.
The room is not bad, quite big, hot water is OK, the terrace has a beautiful view.
The price is also relatively close to the people.

We took our kids to the zoo. The geographical advantage of this hotel is unquestionable. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the subway entrance and the zoo. It is very convenient. Shopping and eating nearby are also very convenient. The kids love the McDonald's opposite. They always have to have an ice cream cone every time they pass by. Hahaha! The hotel service is very good, and the front desk lady is very gentle. The hotel has a dryer and a robot, which is very friendly for us with kids. The children's clothes can be dried. I will stay here again next time!

As soon as you arrive at the hotel, the enthusiasm of Xiao Zhou, the front desk customer service, makes you feel very warm. When you enter the room, the decoration is very special and there is also a warm feeling. Although it was decorated in 2018, it still feels okay.
