The AC is out of reach for the elderly and those with balance concerns. Also, the room is relatively small. The hotel is clean, and again, they have excellent staff. It would be ideal for a stop as you descend the Pan-American highway. It is not suitable if you don't have a car available."

I ate at one good restaurant just a few steps away. The room was nice. Staff spoke English. AC was powerful and the TV had some English language options."
