I am not sure if the hot and cold showers are functioning properly on the lower floors, but for us who are on the 4th and 8th floors, there is no hot shower available. The showers need to be replaced, as only three holes are functioning. The shower area on the 4th floor is clogged and literally flooded outside the shower room.

It was a convenient stay. I was in a rush to get somewhere in davao and that they offered to put my bags in my room instead of leaving it for storage. When I got to my room late night, the power is on and my stuff are there ready for me.

Elevator was not functioning during my stay. Have to take the stairs going up to the 5th floor for the duration of my stay.

Booked three rooms for all our family and couldn’t fault any of it. Good location although it was a little noisy with the traffic
