A nice hotel that is very conveniently located near the Hualien Bus Station (5mins walk) and Hualien Train Station (10mins walk) which means transportation around the area isn’t an issue. The room was clean and spacious - can fit two full-sized luggage comfortably with ample walking space. The service was very prompt as well - called front desk for more hangers and received them between 5-10mins. Wide variety of food for the buffet breakfast as well - porridge with condiments, toasts, cooked food. Would recommend this hotel for the transport convenience, good service and room size!

Very near the Bus Station. Room is clean and bathroom is good. Location is convenient to access minimart, family mart and many eateries along Guolian Road. No shortage of restaurants. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Will recommend to stay here again.

A convenient hotel near to the train station . Nothing wonderfully but enough comfortable for a transit stop

Took me only 5mins walking from Hualien TRA to the hotel. Hotel room spacious & top notch with balcony. Will stay the same hotel again if coming back.

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. Hotel provides free loan of bicycle which is very impressive. The only imperfection was when i asked for extra pillow, they charged me NT100. This is ridiculous.

Comfortable accommodation, clean environment, friendly counter service, convenient transportation, very close to the train station/transfer station.

I used to like staying at the Hualien Hotel very much, but this time the experience was very bad. First, because the pillow was very low, I hoped to ask the hotel for an extra one. The hotel said that if I asked for more, I would be charged a cleaning fee... I was a bit dumbfounded! Next, the air conditioner can be turned on independently. Once it is turned on, there is a very loud rumbling sound of the air conditioning compressor running. After a while, the sound of the water pipes in the shower in the next room is like a bus engine, rumbling... It is so different from the classic hotels I have stayed in before... so disappointing.

The location is near Hualien Railway Station, which is convenient for shopping. There is a VIP shopping coupon with a 5% discount on Amei Mochi. There are planes taking off and landing at 8:30 in the morning, which will affect your sleep, so you can take pictures of fighter jets.

The location is convenient, near Hualien transfer station. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it tastes good. The facilities are average. There is only one pack of shower gel and shampoo per person, which may not be enough.

The breakfast buffet has many choices and is delicious There was no smell as soon as I entered the room, and there was no smell in the toilet either. The room service was very good and kept very clean. We were treated to mochi the next day. The service staff are also very polite and I feel good Then when you check in, you will be given a VIP card for Ami Mochi, which allows you to get 5% off at various stores.
