Great place to stay would definitely recommend staying here

So much to do at this property including bowling, rooftop with a pool, sports bar, speakeasy, breakfast restaurant etc. Our room on the 4th floor was clean and modern, staff were friendly, conveniently located downtown. Our only complaint was water wasn’t hot enough.

The Statler was the perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend! Dog friendly so we didn’t have to leave our 3rd family member at home. Bell man Trey was the most helpful all weekend long making sure everything ran smoothly and was so friendly.

Trey was over the top helpful with my bags and I spilled my tea. He was the nicest gentleman . and all the staff were amazing. The history of the hotel was interesting! Great location to our wedding venue. We had so much fun in the bar bowling area one afternoon as we waited to go to our rehearsal dinner.

5 stars for going above and beyond!! Carlos is a member of the hospitality team at The Statler and just happened to overhear me ask another team member if there was a charging station nearby. There wasn't - no big deal, it was my fault for forgetting to bring mine. Carlos approached me a few moments later and offered me his personal battery pack, which my phone is connected to this moment. Carlos is a star and an asset to the Statler. Thank you!

If you travel and search for Airbnb’s vs Hotels, Sonder Properties is your style! This was our first Sonder experience, and we will now always search for a Sonder property (which we have already found an incredible location in Paris) when we travel. We rented 3 rooms at Sonder Commerce, and I had the 2 bedroom/3 bathroom. There was no problem obtaining a 2nd key, and communication on the Sonder App (Chat) was very responsive. Prior reviews were very helpful regarding the walk at check-in through the parking garage to the Sonder elevators. There are 2 ways from Hotel lobby, the easiest was walking by the Barbershop and Hotel Bar, and then if you are coming and going to the street, and you don’t need the front of hotel, you can use the “residence” entry which is very minimal garage and direct to the Sonder elevators. This property gave us amenities of the Statler Hotel, at such a discounted rate. Our rooms were fully stocked, clean, comfortable, and so convenient to wash/dry our clothes. Highly Recommended…..Again, we are now Sonder Property Travelers!

The hotel room was impeccably clean, with fresh, crisp pillows and pillow sheets that had a wonderful, inviting scent. Maira always does an amazing job on cleaning and replacing the bedsheets were spotless and smelled great, adding to the comfort of the stay. Everything was neatly organized, creating a sense of calm and relaxation. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and order was truly impressive. From the linens to the overall room arrangement, every aspect contributed to a luxurious and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this hotel for those who appreciate cleanliness, comfort, and great organization!

The location was really beautiful. The staff was friendly. The room was perfect. The two bathrooms and two living rooms allowed us to spread out and get our own stuff done to make calls, get ready, or relax.

Tiffanie was sick a lot, and I really enjoyed her assistance this past weekend! YOU ROCK 🙌🏿❤️🥰😆 from just out interaction, to shooting me the proper abs giving me information on the property was stellar
