Premium window treatments for complete control of privacy and lighting in the room.• Laundry room features an LG washer and dryer set, an ironing board/iron, and is stocked with detergent, and other laundry essentials.Pool heating is provided (upon request) at no additional charge. The pool is heated via an electric heat pump and is capable of heating the pool adequately when the air temperature is 65+ degrees. I do my best to keep the pool temperature around 82 degrees from late March to early November, but I can't guarantee the pool will be heated to a certain temperature. To reiterate, the pool is open year-round, but won't be heated from late November to late March.House Rules:• NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
