Hotel accommodations were amazing. The staff very friendly Rich and PJ from the Bell desk. Awesome job quick service located my bags. They knew where they were. It’s just awesome to know that there’s a company out there that still provides great customer service hats off to you will definitely be back. Can I just say the food was amazing as well

A great experience. We were greeted promptly and RITO was our waiter. I ordered shrimp and grits and felt that the grits were a little too cool so they were promptly taken away. A new meal was made for me. Absolutely delicious.

I’ve been coming to this cafe to do work for about 4 months now & best hidden gem!!! The staff is extremely nice, especially Edgar who’s always checking in on me :). The ambience is always great and I’m always my most productive here!! Totally recommend if you’re looking for a great study or WFH spot

Nigel is great! Very informative helpful and kind. He gets it when it comes to customer service he understands our needs exactly what we are looking forward to do in the Dallas area! He also is very informative about the historical background of the hotel we will definitely be coming back and hopefully we will see him

Celebrated our 37th Anniversary ! The hotel is stunning and the history is fascinating! The hotel is steeped in opulence and I loved finding all the nooks and crannies to sit and enjoy a drink. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! We will be back!

Pedro was beyond helpful, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs with information storing my luggage and helping assist with a car service. He is a class act and I travel every single week and stay in a variety of hotels, but he is by far the best. Very kind and happy Room service was quick, the gym was good and the convenience of a coffee shop indoors makes it great especially knowing it's not a Starbucks. Pls hire more "Pedro's"
