整天來説是相當的滿意，很好，但是唯一不足之處。。。樓上可能是開趴的，我們帶小孩子睡覺，半夜樓上太吵了，凌晨了還在吵鬧，衹能説明樓裏的隔音不是很好，商家雖然很好，讓我們換房間，可是，我們半夜三個女人帶着三個小孩怎麼搬？為此我差點報警，但是為了不影響小孩休息就此作罷，但是我希望商家和商家之間有所溝通，比如十二以後不擾民，或者説親子房上面儘量不要安排開趴的房間。。。不然總有人會爆發的。

奔着孩子玩選擇的房間類型，直接預訂了滑梯房間，中午打電話是否能早點入住，考慮到孩子午休，工作人員告知一點半，結到了房間真的是無法形容，地上都頭髮一層灰塵，毛絨玩具上全是灰，一看就是好久沒人入住沒有打掃過的樣子。沒辦法申請更換房間。我們訴求是看一款是跟我們房間是同價位（500+），再看一款圖片綠沙發300+的户型，看完房間選了一款房間，工作人員一頓輸出給我們説的就是我們入住就是三百多的房間。我們想着不行住兩晚，補個價差，前台人員當時以沒差多錢給個好評回覆，我們接受。結果第二天帶着孩子在海洋館看着演出酒店就一直微信、語音轟炸，大概意思就是要退房，續住就再加費用為由連續轟炸。當時看演出心情都被搞沒了，當面對質説是我們選的房間就是500+的。瞬間感覺被誘導消費，服務根本談不上。當時入住時候就看見有人在投訴要求退房酒店人員以找不到經理位置推脱，第二天又發生在自己身上的事，覺得訂酒店還得要定品牌酒店，這樣的名宿太不靠譜。踩坑！
