房間性價比超高，一家四口出遊，都比較滿意。
位於市中心，出門右邊就是阿水的生魚飯，再走幾步就是東關街，201路、地鐵口都很近。雖然電梯間不怎麼樣，但房間很乾凈，床品也比較新，屋內空間挺大，這個價格訂到這樣的民宿還是很滿意。
給條建議:放兩瓶礦泉水更好。

先説優點：房間大，有個大桌子很合適人多點外賣吃，但是衹有三個凳子。有個小冰箱，可以冰飲料
差評原因
1，酒店所在的小區和物業在吵架，電梯1樓的按鈕有個是直接被扣掉了，電梯裏有直接裸透在外面的電線感覺不安全
2，酒店沒有前台，全靠微信電話聯繫
3，酒店不提供瓶裝礦泉水和一次性紙杯，老闆説因為沒有前台，也不提供行李寄存
4，樓下的床有味道，靠近插座的地方。樓上枕頭是頭油的味道，很窒息
5，我們連住3天，都提前給老闆説需要打掃和補一次性用品，第一天阿姨衹拿走了垃圾，補了紙和牙刷。東西總是不齊，要東西一定要説全，洗漱用品太籠統了
6，這兩天大連大風，陽台空調外機的櫃子不是很密封，外面一颳大風，裏面就哐哐大響，半夜正睡呢一下子被哐醒
總之，衞生不好，設施也一般般，慎選！！！

房子住着蠻舒服的，主要是離地鐵也挺近的，離市場也挺近的買水果買海鮮都很方便，可以在民俗自己蒸一下就能吃！價格方面也挺平價的晚上住着很安靜！好評
