Four Points by Sheraton Dalian Donggang

I came to Dalian for an in-depth tour. After comparing many star-rated hotels in Dalian, I found that most of them were quite old. I finally chose to stay at the Sheraton Dalian Hotel, which opened in 2025. The experience was beyond my imagination. I have to give a big thumbs up to Helen at the front desk! When checking in, she was very efficient and helped me get it done in a short time. She also helped me upgrade the room type, which was very thoughtful. I was very satisfied after checking in. The room facilities are modern and meet the aesthetics and needs of young and middle-aged people. The smart guest control is very convenient, and the auntie cleans the room every day very seriously. Although it is a newly opened hotel, it does not have any decoration smell, so I feel very at ease staying there! This trip to Dalian, thanks to Helen's caring service, my accommodation experience was perfect. If I go to Dalian again in the future, Sheraton Dalian Hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I sincerely hope that everyone can experience Helen's high-quality service! [Strong][Strong]

The hotel has just opened, and the facilities and equipment are very new. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells great, the breakfast has a rich variety, Mily at the front desk is very professional, and the location is even better. It is about a 10-minute walk from Donggang Music Square and Venice Water City. Choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Dalian Donggang is a wonderful stay experience, and I sincerely recommend it.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The facilities are brand new and very close to Donggang. Our housekeeper, Eric, proactively upgraded our room and provided a birthday treat. It coincided with a concert and tourist rush, and Helen was also on hand to assist us. The corner suite we were given was spacious and had a great view, with a direct view of the Donggang Fountain and the water town buildings. At night, the crowds filled the air, and after a day of fun, it was a delight to be able to watch the fountain from the room without straining your legs. You can even walk to feed the seagulls every day. Compared to other scenic spots, this hotel is very convenient for transportation, with taxis and subways easily accessible. Zhenghuangqi and Xiding restaurants are only one stop away, and there's a shopping mall across the street, which is also very convenient. We later booked a Buick LaCrosse, and our kids are reluctant to leave. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The lobby is large and the environment is great. The front desk service was very friendly. It's very close to the scenic area and I can enjoy the sea breeze at night. I will come again next time. Linlin, the beautiful front desk lady, is also very responsible.
