Manxin Hotel Dalian Xinghai Square

My first time visiting Dalian, I was determined to find a hotel with a good location and easy access! So, I chose the Manxin Hotel near Xinghai Square. It was so nice to be right outside the subway station! It was so convenient for getting to the attractions, and it was a breeze to come back home at night! The hotel is new, and the rooms are clean! The showers are incredibly comfortable, with a generous amount of water, perfect for those who want to enjoy a relaxing bath right after a day of sightseeing! The breakfast was also very good, featuring Dalian specialties! It was delicious! Highly recommended!

The hotel was newly opened this year. I booked it when it was first put on sale. The price was reasonable. The price during the summer vacation was ridiculously expensive. Because it was newly opened, there was still a bit of smell when I first entered the hotel lobby. I was upgraded to a superior room when I checked in. The room was spacious enough. When all the lights in the room were turned off at night, the exhaust in the bathroom would also be turned off, resulting in a bit of a foul smell in the morning. The hygiene details in the room were not in place. The towels were not changed every day. The breakfast was quite rich and the fruits were fresh. I ordered some dumplings on the first night. After the delivery guy delivered it to the hotel, the robot never delivered it to the room. I called the front desk and they said it had been delivered but I didn't actually receive it. My teammates went to the front desk to ask and the staff in the picture had a bad attitude and was impatient. The service was greatly discounted. In the end, it was delivered to the wrong floor. The front desk said that the guy made a mistake. Regardless of who is right or wrong, the attitude should not be like this. Real comments, please do not disturb

Let's find fault! I booked a standard room for the first night and a superior room for four. At check-in, they said I could upgrade to a superior room for 99 yuan, including breakfast. Actually, it was just an upgrade voucher included in my membership! That's fine; having fun is what's important. I ended up paying the price of a superior room for five nights of a standard room. The minibar in the room was empty except for mineral water on the first day, and from the second day on, there were two sugar-free drinks every day. One day, I took them out to drink them at room temperature, but they forgot to clean up and put them back. Speechless! Before booking, I specifically called to inquire about the room type and floor. The superior room has floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor. I later confirmed with the staff that every floor has them. The standard room has small windows, while the superior room has large windows. So, my room had large windows?! Finally, let's take a look at the details of a newly opened high-star hotel! Who has the guts to call after checking out to ask for a review of the stay?

The room window is very small, and the price is not high compared to the price. So we changed the accommodation the next day. There is no parking lot, and the cooperative parking lot is far away.

The new hotel has a strong smell, and the room is a little lighter. The corridors and lobby are unbearable to stay in. Don't choose this hotel with children. I originally booked 4 nights, but I quickly canceled the last three nights. The room is next to several roads and is very noisy. When the window is open, you can hear the sound of the speakers. When the window is closed, it is stuffy and full of the decoration smell. I had a headache after staying there for one night.
