Finding out how to get to the room required calling the "hotel". If you don't look any closer, the room is decent. The shower drain wasn't working properly and when asking for more towels, since we were 3 and only received one, my message was ignored. The same thing happened when asking to store the luggage. Had to talk to a very loud and rude woman in the lobby of the building, but surprisingly it worked out in the end. The room is good for the price and sleeping but the service is very bad.

The room was excellent with comfortable amenities and a perfect birds eye view of dalian city. Kudos to the price, room services , privacy and Perfect address too. I would highly recommend all to consider. Thanks.

重要的事情説三遍：千萬不要定這家！千萬不要定這家！千萬不要定這家！不然您將付全款為不良商家買單，還要提着大箱子重新找酒店！！！具體理由如下：
1、安全性毫無保證。前台房間沒人，鑰匙就扔在樓下敞開的信箱，任何人都可以拿着上來，且房門內不能反鎖，鎖是壞的。這意味着衹要知道密碼的任何人都可以半夜或白天無人時潛入房間；
2、服務態度很差。我們晚上八點跋涉到住處，發現門鎖問題，在房間停留時間不超過15分鐘，且這期間一直和老闆反映情況，我們本着解決問題的目的，在和老闆交涉確認門鎖已壞的情況下，首先請求的是調換門鎖完好的房間，但得到的回覆是無法調換，愛住不住，錢不能退還，有問題找攜程，主打一個強買強賣，沒有任何應有的擔當，最後的結果是在沒入住的情況下付款當天全部住宿費用。我不是第一個，也不會是最後一個；
3、攜程平台對該商家沒有任何監督和制約，不要期待通過平台獲得任何保障。當天攜程介入後，給前台打電話反映的是説前台沒有權限，要等老闆，事實是接電話自稱前台的人就是老闆，在打麻將，前台房間無人，口中所説的的等老闆第二天也衹是拖延時間順便抵賴。第二天攜程交涉一天無果，説是平台也拿店家沒辦法。感受下來就是商家和酒店互相踢皮球。那請問：攜程平台是否有對入駐商家進行篩選，是否有機制對入駐商家有監督？是否有責任保障消費者的權益？
總體來説，本次入住很失望，攜程平台也不能完全保證權益，還要自己多加甄別！

怎麼説呢？ 有燈，但一個不亮ㄧ個會閃。有電視，但沒有節目。有WiFi，但沒給密碼。有電磁爐，但沒有鍋子。有前台，但電梯到不了。有電話，但常常沒接。有反應，但沒任何處理。最慘的是…沒有熱水！！！ 這大冷天的，我硬是整整洗了四天冷水澡！

ТАРАКАНЫ!!! Грязный и вонючий (канализационная система) номер. Само здание грязное! Админ - нервный. Бронировала 51 этаж. Кое-как выбила 47 (посуды, кроме двух стаканов нет никакой. Холодильник грязный с волосами и шубой на морозилке) . При заселении пыталися навязать номер ещё хуже. Пароль от WI-FI выбивала с админа сутки!!! Поменять жилье не могла, т.к.в Китае была чудесная праздничная неделя, соответственно все занято. Компенсировала такой ужас только локация и потрясный вид на город и море. Трип ком этот ужас так и не компенсировал.

什麼**房子，租了兩間房。其中一個的房子床上有毛髮，還套了一次性床單，無語死都不知道上個人走後有沒有人打掃。毛巾不乾淨，隔音賊* *差，隔壁動靜特別大，密碼也不換一點都不安全。另一個房子更不用説了，除了不乾淨還**有蟑螂，地腳線裏有蟑螂一家族，房東還狡辯説是我們帶來的，請問你怎麼好意思****説這話的？你自己房子有沒有蟑螂心理沒數？那櫃子裏都有用了一半的蟑螂葯你説那些話你不臉紅嗎？退租還好意思要衞生費？你咋好意思張嘴要的？你那房子我自從住進去給你收拾了一整天，用沒了一瓶84，多埋汰你心裏沒數嗎？櫃子裏全* *是不知道是誰的充滿油煙的餐具。錢都沒多少但真的很憋屈，自己辛辛苦苦收拾一整天這個破房子，退租要衞生費？租之前怎麼不説？誰差你那點錢啊，退個按金磨磨嘰嘰還要求你退啊？
