房間不大複式房，一家人挺適合，樓層高很安靜，老闆很客氣，很熱情，旅遊旺季又是星海廣場附近價格能接受，民宿畢竟不是酒店不能要求太高，樓下就有早餐，還有羅森，叫車也挺方便，房間裏能看到大海和跨海大橋。

Отличное расположение, море рядом, даже на пляж Ракушку можно дойти пешком, транспорт любой: метро, трамвай, автобус. Приветливый хозяин, все вопросы решает быстро. В номере есть всё необходимое, полотенца одноразовые, у нас были свои махровые. Всё понравилось, остались довольны отдыхом

房間很乾凈 屋內設施齊全 洗衣機冰箱都有 方便帶一家老小居住 離星海廣場和聖亞海洋館都很近 在屋裡就能看見廣場夜景 到跨海大橋看夜景走路過去就幾分鐘 服務態度也很好
