房東人還好的！民宿衞生不達標的，老舊洗衣機和冰箱就是擺設，房間空調僅有一台！家庭房衹有一套不敢用的浴巾！入住後自己去超市買生活用品！大連到處是坑！第一次去大連也是最後一次去。

老闆熱情周到
設施：有點老舊，不耽誤使用。
衞生：居民樓，還可以，用品啥的比較乾淨。
環境：隔音效果不錯，一家人裏有打呼嚕的爸爸，怕影響孩子休息，可以兩個屋住。
服務：服務態度很好。

衹有一個房間有空調，然後又大件行李上坡路會有點不方便，設施有點舊了，老闆娘還是很好的

房間很大 夠朋友一起住 但是因為樓房比較老舊 如果晚上過去那邊的話會沒有路燈 而且隔音比較差 正常聲音説話也會打擾到隔壁

雖遲但到！這次去大連看了kpl的比賽。大姐人很好很熱情，家裡有小貓，還能摸摸🥰🥰（不是在租住的屋子裡，大姐自己家裡的小貓，有個藍貓特別胖😆）屋裡很安靜，該有的都有。經濟實惠。
