提前溝通很順暢，入住前前台會主動發送辦理方式，這點不用費心。
位置上有個明顯優勢——離東港比較近，想逛東港區域的朋友可以重點考慮。不過周邊出行更推薦打車，能節省不少時間，也能避免拖着行李找路的麻煩。
客房是複式結構，上下各一間房。但要重點説下上層房間的問題：樓梯比較窄，帶行李箱上去會很不方便，介意搬運行李麻煩的朋友建議優先選下層。
房間整體條件和窗外景色屬於中等水平，能滿足基本住宿需求，但細節處的衞生實在拉分——沙發上殘留着牙膏痕跡，洗漱台還有些發黴，看着不太舒服。另外衞生間沒有做乾濕分離，洗完澡整個空間都濕漉漉的，後續使用得格外注意。
住宿提供一次性洗漱用品是加分項，但需要每次去另一棟樓的前台領取，好在前台在每次回來的必經之路上。
價格方面，300+一晚的定價感覺偏高。雖然知道大連8、9月是旅遊旺季，景區周邊住宿會漲價，但結合衞生細節和便利性來看，性價比不算高。
最後給其他遊客提個醒：預訂前一定要多翻翻看不同平台的真實評價，尤其是衞生和房型細節的反饋，避免像我一樣入住後發現不符合預期~

非常棒的公寓，我是一家三口兩大一小選的海景房，房間真的能看到遠處海港的遊輪，衞生條件也都很好，洗漱用品一應俱全，位置也很好在東港，離東港燈光秀和水城特別近，回來打不到車坐公交也很快。就是這邊公寓附近沒有免費停車的，都要花錢一天35。不過綜合來看這家是我看大連同等價位裏不錯的選擇
