Pusu is so beautiful in every way! It’s located right next to Erhai lake, spacious outdoor decking area, to enjoy the view. A lovely lobby, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Their rooms are clean and quiet. Pusu team is amazing. All the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. Travelled with mum and dad, we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Xiao Luo, 小罗 our butler. He took good care of us. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

Hotel location is just outside the old town, around have many choices of food. Hotel services are so helpful. Room are spacious , warm and clean. Just the restroom was designed wt no door and lack of hangers to hang towels inside restroom.

Customers who drive by themselves, please be careful not to park your car on the streets on the left and right sides of the hotel. When we first arrived, the hotel entrance was full, so we thought the street next to it was also the hotel's parking space. As a result, when we went out at night, we saw the payment slip on the front of the car. If you don't drive out at night, it will be troublesome. I don't know how much parking fee you have to pay. The sea view king room can see part of Erhai Lake, which is not close. You can see the sunrise when the weather is good. I didn't notice that the points can only be redeemed for 2 breakfasts when I booked the room on Ctrip. We were 4 people for 2 days! The hotel front desk sent 2 breakfasts, and the remaining 4 were purchased at a discounted price of 15 yuan per person. There are not many breakfast styles, the restaurant is small, and there are many teams. Every day for breakfast, you have to work hard to find a seat, and the better food will be swept away quickly. The hotel has 2 dryers, 2 washing and drying machines, and 1 washing machine. The laundry room is very small and inconvenient to turn around.
