When I checked in, there was a very enthusiastic young man at the front desk of the hotel. He also helped me navigate to Kunbaida Taiye City. I forgot to ask his name. The rooms are all smart. If you need anything, just look for ”Xiao Le Xiao Le”. They are clean and hygienic, with dry and wet separation. The bedding is very comfortable to sleep on. There is also a washing machine, dryer and laundry detergent on the sixth floor. There is a night market across a small road from the hotel, with small food stalls, barbecue... and small restaurants. It is very convenient to eat and buy things. When I left the next day, the little girl at the front desk helped me carry my luggage to the door. I am very grateful to all the service staff at the front desk and the staff who provided breakfast!

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. Because of the big drop in temperature, although the room has air conditioning, northerners still feel cold. The boss specially added an electric heater to the room, which is very considerate. There is a tea table on each floor and a gym on the roof. It is walking distance from the vegetable market and the train station. It is a very satisfactory location. The facilities are complete and Xiao Ai is also very dedicated to her work🤓🤓🤓 I also saw the first snow in 2025 here🌨️🌨️🌨️, a perfect trip!

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

11/10 great hospitality, awesome staff members. The view was awesome too, and the room was extremely cozy and comfortable. There was also a projector for you to watch movies. My family members and I were very surprised when we entered our room because the view was so beautiful. The sunrise is something you cannot miss! They even served us Pu Er tea and other types of tea, took the time to serve us tea and chat with us. Even the toilet seat was warm, and there was also a heater in the room. Overall 11/10 stay, would come back again!

Really nice place with an awesome view of the Erhai lake. Pros: - Nice erhai lake view in the day, city lights on the left at night - The room is really clean and well decorated with a virtual fireplace that adds to the ambience - Good location, 10mins drive from Dali Railway station - Relatively quiet at night Cons: - The toilet flush is quite weak, will need to flush multiple times if doing big business - The shower head had abit of water leakage at night even though we had already turned off the taps completely

We strategically chose this location to easily access both the east and west lanes on 2 separate days, with attractions like 洱海公园 and 兴盛大桥 within walking distance. 兴盛大桥 offers great spots for sunrise and sunset views. The view from the high vantage point on the 20th level is superb, providing privacy when enjoying the bathtub as it overlooks the lake. Both the owner and housekeeper were friendly and helpful, with the owner even providing a contact for car bookings. While the price may be slightly higher than the market rate, it seems negotiable. It's important to inform the owner of your arrival time, especially if you plan to arrive earlier than the allocated check-in time. In our case, the owner had to rush down to accommodate us, as the property is located in a residential apartment where the owner doesn't reside. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. Recommendation for the owner. Perhaps you could consider preparing a bath bomb as a welcome gift 😂

Simply amazing! I’ve never had any hotel call me in seconds of having booked a room to verify my details of arrival so as to arrange VIP pick up. Courtesy fruit, courtesy night dessert, 24h courtesy noodles, courtesy pick up and drop off, courtesy everything! I’ve been left speechless with the outstanding service and attention to detail. If you’re staying in Dali and wish to be near the city and old town while having the most spectacular views and living spaces of Erhai Lake, then don’t think twice and book this place! Huge thanks to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

Facilities: Quite new, all very comfortable. It would be better if you consider the parent-child room. The hotel has a baby bed, but mine is 110, so it is not very practical. Dining: The newly opened restaurant downstairs is average. You can walk to the Aegean Sea, 700 meters away, and you can eat whatever you want. Children's play: Very convenient. My five-year-old child is very happy to feed ducks and pick up stones by the Erhai Sea. There are also game equipment in the Aegean Sea, which is also very fun for me. Car rental: It is best to rent a car by yourself to play in Erhai Lake, which is more free. You can also send it to the hotel.

The hotel is right on the beach, clean and has great service! Haha...If you live on the fourth floor, you have to climb the stairs by yourself. The sea breeze is very strong at night, hitting the windows and making noise, which will affect your sleep a little.

The car is a Mercedes-Benz Maybach nanny car. The car is clean and tidy, and they will help you take and put the luggage. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the beautiful lady at the front desk gave me slippers and toothbrushes for the children. Seeing that we were two adults and one child, she also gave me a quilt, which was very considerate. The hotel is spacious and grand when you enter the door. There is everything. The water is also direct drinking water from the water dispenser. I think it is very practical. There are corresponding temperatures for making tea and milk, and you don’t have to drink 100-degree water all the time. The room also has a large projection, and the washroom is also very bright. All the lights are induction, so you don’t have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night. There is also a bathtub for bathing, which is nice! Opening the balcony is the view of Erhai Lake. Although there is a road below, the balcony door is very soundproof, and basically no noisy sounds can be heard. The only regret is that the street lights block a little view, but it can be ignored. I experienced winter snow in Yunnan this time, haha. My husband said this hotel is good and he will stay here again next time. The decoration materials are also good. So in summary, it is worth recommending. I live on the 4th floor. The view on the 5th floor should be better~_~
