Room service is good, but the breakfast service does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel at all. When having breakfast, you can hear waitresses talking very loudly and the waitresses walk as if they're wearing slippers. Even more absurdly, they're sweeping the floor while guests are having breakfast.

Lovely room with a great view of Erhai Lake. Although staff did not speak English they were extremely helpful, in particular on our last day when there were no available taxis to take us to the train station the hotel manager took us.

I was very impressed with Dali International Hotel. The hotel facilities, decor, service and Rooms were exceptional. I was especially impressed with the rooms. We book a room facing the Erhai Lake and with a balcony. The room was spacious, very modern and impeccably clean. The only negative I would say is that the a la carte menu for the western restaurant is very limited. I hope this can be improved. Also the changing rooms at the swimming pools was not very clean. Overall it was a Magnificent Stay at Dali International Hotel and This would be my first choice hotel anytime that I come to Dali.

Location of the hotel is good if you want to be close to the new Dali prefecture government offices, although not convenient for wandering around by walk (not much to do around the hotel). This is counterbalanced by the room’s view though: sweeping views of Erhai lake in all its beauty! The property is well maintained, with very high clean standards, and all the personnel is extremely attentive and thoughtful. Special mention to Bella from the front desk, who went way beyond her duty to make me feel welcomed and to support on my requests. Buffet breakfast is ok.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing! It is located on a high ground between the city and the airport, with a wide view! It is like having an exclusive world, with a large scale and a high grade! The large French windows of the room on the 15th floor where we stayed were so cleverly designed! Looking out the window, one-third of the vast Erhai Sea view is sparkling and beautiful; one-third is the bustling city view, with heavy traffic and vitality; and one-third is the lush mountain view, which is green and refreshing. These pictures are intertwined together, like a living, huge landscape painting hanging on the wall, which makes people drunk and reluctant to leave! Let’s talk about the reception at the hotel. It’s so enthusiastic! As soon as I entered the door, I felt full of warmth and care. The security work is also done without leaks, which makes people feel safe and assured. The decoration of the hotel is even more fashionable and atmospheric, and every detail reveals high-end and elegant. The facilities in the guest rooms are also complete, clean and tidy, and there is nothing wrong with them. The breakfast is even better, with Dali's special snacks and dishes that are so rich that they dazzle people. Every dish is carefully prepared and extremely delicious. Staying here for a few days is simply a pleasure!

The room is big, with double sinks in the bathroom. Welcome fruit and flower cakes were given after check-in. We stayed for two consecutive nights and received fruit and milk on the second day. There is not much to visit around, and you have to take a taxi to eat. The breakfast is average, not too many choices, but it is enough to eat. Four bottles of water were given, and you can ask for more if it is not enough. Tie-dyed placemats were given when checking out. The overall service is good. I borrowed the packing tape before leaving, and it was delivered to the room in time. Good review!

The hotel is very large and close to the airport. It is very convenient to go to various places in Dali. The hotel has beautiful scenery and is suitable for a large family to live and play.

It's quite big and quiet. You can see Erhai Lake from a close distance. The service is very considerate and they are quite patient with us. I will come here often in the future. I hope the business will get better and better.

We went on a family trip. This is one of the top five luxury hotels in Dali. The price didn't go up because of the National Day holiday. It's quite affordable. The front desk upgraded our room. The hotel is big, a little far from the ancient city, about an hour's drive.

The hotel environment is very good. I decided to stay there the next day. The front desk service is also very good, especially Susu and Axiong. I will still choose Dali International Hotel when I go to Dali in the future. It is a very good stay experience. Recommended

It is the most satisfactory accommodation in this Yunnan trip. The room faces Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake. Although it is close to the road, it is not particularly noisy. The room layout is reasonable and fully equipped. I especially want to praise their toothbrushes 🪥, which are very easy to use. The staff is kind and friendly. Knowing that we have to take the children out for dinner after checking in, they took the initiative to help us deliver our luggage to the room, which is great 👍🏻👍🏻 and thank you very much!
