Liuyue Wusuo Seaview Holiday Hotel (Dali Erhai Shuanglang) Reviews

We had a wonderful experience in this hotel. Many thanks to 小范 our assigned butler for making our stay such a memorable one. We loved the breakfast and the tie up with photographers to provide a 30min photography session in such a scenic hotel was fantastic. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the ShuangLang area!

I had a really enjoyable experience at the Hotel. The Hotel is located right beside the lake and have a breathtaking scenery. My butler Xiao Fan 小范 is very nice guy and had given us a lot of help during our stay. We will definitely the Hotel next time I visit the Lake.

Excellent service, with great breakfast and afternoon tea provided. There is also dessert offered in the evening. Excellent sea view for photo taking and the packaged photoshoot photographer Ms Yang is very professional and selects very nice scenes for the shoot. The driver arranged by the staff drive us to Lijiang also very friendly.

The staff were so helpful and went the extra mile in every part of our stay be it answering our questions or helping us book vehicles. The place was lovely and it was so relaxing. I loved that they have some sort of food available (up to 12am) for guests like tidbits/snacks/drinks/bread and spreads other than breakfast. I was very touched by how efficient and kind they were when helping us carry our luggage to the place to board the vehicle. My parents could spend so much time taking photos of different parts of the building as they had put so much care in decorating and creating wonderful ambiences in different sections of the building. We got a free upgrade (both rooms) the last day which made our stay there end off with a blast! I’ve already recommended the place to a few friends who asked me after they saw how lovely the place looked on my social media updates!!! Keep up the great work everyone!

We just returned from an incredible stay at Liuyue Wusuo Sea View Holiday Hotel in Shuang Lang, and I'm already missing the stunning views and warm hospitality! The staff were absolute rockstars - proactive, professional, and genuinely passionate about ensuring our comfort. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond. Breakfast was a daily feast, with a vast spread that catered to all tastes. Our rooms were cozy and comfortable, with breathtaking views that made waking up a treat. While it's a bit far from Dali Ancient Town, Shuang Lang has its own charm, with plenty to explore. We discovered hidden gems, enjoyed peaceful walks, and soaked up the serene atmosphere. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we can't recommend Liuyue Wusuo enough. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch service, look no further!

We arrived in the rough location of the hotel and were met quickly to help us find the exact location. The location is ok the lake and the views are superb. We were greeted with an afternoon tea overlooking the water which was superb. Our room was lovely and also overlooked the water. As we wanted to visit the market the following morning we left the hotel before breakfast but the hotel still accommodated us by meeting us to take our luggage to our car and buying us breakfast from the street vendors on the way! We were blown away by their superb customer service. A wonderful stay!

It's very beautiful, and the photos are really good. The housekeeper has strong execution and is very straightforward. The service of other guys is also very good, with work in mind. The room is very log-style, very young, and the afternoon tea is very artistic. This place will make you forget that you are free and not a beast of burden. The travel photography provided is very good at capturing angles, which is great.

The hotel is located in Shuanglang Ancient Town, with a superior location. The lobby and room balconies can touch the Erhai Lake. The design is very stylish and the staff are very enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Xiao Fan, who added WeChat in advance and directed the parking lot, helped with the luggage, and enthusiastically reminded me of various information every day during the two days of my stay. I went to Dinghai Coast to find a high-end hotel to lie down in the last two days of my trip. I felt that this hotel was very artistic, so I booked it directly. It really lived up to my expectations. Facilities: The facilities are very complete and new, and the operation is simple and easy to use. It is a high-end retro style. Compared with other hotels, the operation in his room is more "at your fingertips". You can operate everything while lying down. Sanitation: Very clean, there is a scheduled cleaning every morning, and mosquito repellent and sleeping cleaning will be provided in the afternoon when the sun is about to set. Sleeping by the water is more comfortable~ Environment: Very artistic, absolutely a combination of sea view rooms, basically do not want to leave the room all day, experience a slow-paced and comfortable life~ Service: The service is in place, not only will they respond to your needs at any time, but the feeling of not being disturbed and having all-round service is very good~ There is also a dedicated butler who will remember your needs and habits, very considerate~ In addition, there are breakfast, afternoon tea and photo taking~ Very worthwhile~~~~ *I really like the B&O speaker at his house. I have wanted it for a long time, but my house is not big enough to put it. The room is located by the water, and it is indeed facing Erhai Lake. The terrace in the public area on the first floor is like a painting, so beautiful that you can take a picture of it. The free travel photography is also good, leaving a good memory. The room facilities are all available, the bedding is comfortable, and free drinks and snacks are provided in the room lobby and other areas, including good night snacks. At night, sitting by the Erhai Lake, blowing the warm wind, listening to music, it is very comfortable. When leaving, local tea was given as a gift, and the staff enthusiastically sent the luggage to the parking lot, service 💯!

The housekeeper was so considerate. She helped us move 3 pieces of luggage and even grabbed our backpacks to carry. She introduced the hotel's services and facilities along the way. Although we arrived very late, she still prepared green bean soup for us, brewed tea and coffee, and changed the afternoon tea we missed to the next morning. She also made an appointment for travel photography and kindly reminded us that we could only choose 5 free photos! In addition to the service, the room was really amazing. I had read the reviews before and there were some negative reviews saying all kinds of bad things. In fact, I was a little nervous before opening the door of the room, but when I entered the hotel and saw the room, it really made me and my children exclaim loudly. It was so beautiful. Outside the balcony was the sparkling Erhai Lake. I fell asleep with the sound of waves at night. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, I saw the rising sun. Groups of wild ducks and seagulls flew over and stopped outside the balcony, waiting for us to feed them. The breakfast was very rich, with a full table, and the taste was great. I really didn't want to leave. I can only look forward to the next reunion coming earlier.
