HIDDEN HOTEL Hotels in Dali

We had an excellent check in experience with all the front desk staff very responsive and helpful. Front desk gave very clear services explanation to be provided during our stay especially arrangements for the free shuttle to the Dali Ancient Town. They also linked us up with the driver for the free Dali train station transfer for our departure. When I had difficulties in using the TV a front desk staff Xiao Zhuo came to our room to explain how we can enjoy the TV programmes. Before 9 pm she came to our room to provide two cups of warm milk. The room is of very good built quality and size. Very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was very efficient. Water pressure very good to enjoy great shower. Special mention to Mr Frank Lee who has been most helpful to guide us in using didi being our first time using. He guided us how to use the App and also provided us with a contact in case we need assistance when we travel back from xizhou ancient town. Overall one of my best experience in hotel stay. Breakfast spread was very good with good variety. Coffee machine supplied very nice coffee beans. Check out was easy where front desk staff assistance to bring our luggages to the front desk for check out. Certainly will stay here if coming back to Dali and would highly recommend to friends visiting Dali. Short walk to San Yue street where so much local produce can be bought. Excellent stay!!
