This stay experience is very satisfactory! The hotel is located in the center of Dali's main urban area, with convenient transportation and surrounded by business districts, making shopping, food and travel very convenient. The overall design of the hotel is stylish and modern, with complete facilities, especially the bedding is very comfortable and the sleep quality is very good. The front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. When we checked in with our children, the front desk also thoughtfully prepared exclusive toiletries, slippers and small toys for the children. The details were perfect. The restaurant's dining environment is spacious and comfortable, and the dishes are rich and delicious with a variety of types to meet different tastes. When checking out, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a gift for the children, which really made people feel at home. This hotel is impeccable in terms of service, location and hardware facilities. I will choose here again next time!

We had a great stay. The hotel is well located next to a small mall with lots of dining possibilitied and a grocery store. It is also in walking distance to the lake. Our room was great. The staff was friendly. Checkin process was easy without knowing chinese. All in all a great hotel that we can highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean. I would like to praise the security guard here. I called Didi for a car, and the security guard took the initiative to ask what the car number was. It was windy outside. You go inside and wait, and I will show you the car. In addition, every time a car pulls up to the door of the hotel, they will take the initiative to pick up their luggage and are very helpful and enthusiastic. Picture 1 shows this master helping people wait for the bus. Picture 2 shows someone helping someone with their luggage. Picture 3 is the scenery of Erhai Lake, please enjoy it.

The front desk and laundry staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! We stayed two very comfortable nights. I mentioned to the front desk that I needed a quieter room with children, and they gave us an inner room with a cozy courtyard. They even provided late-night porridge, making it a perfect place for a stay with children. I especially want to thank the laundry staff for helping to dry my child's panda stuffed animal multiple times when it got dirty. 🧸 They weren't impatient at all. Thank you!
