"Hampton by Hilton Hotel Review Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Hampton by Hilton and experienced the excellent service for a while. The following is my evaluation of this stay: 1. Geographical location Hilton Hampton is located in the bustling area of ​​the city center, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. "We traveled during the Qingming Festival and were stuck in traffic until 8:00 pm before arriving at the hotel. We were very surprised that the hotel helped us upgrade to an executive suite and arranged fruits. When I woke up the next morning, I saw the beautiful sea view outside the window. "The whole experience was okay except for the restaurant service. Facilities: The Ctrip booking showed that there is a swimming pool, but when I went there, I was told that it was not open. Hygiene: There was water on the floor as soon as you entered the room, the air conditioner leaked, and the bathroom was clogged. Service: I checked in in the afternoon and reported the problem when I found it. A manager took us to two rooms and asked for an upgrade. We were two adults and two children. They showed us a double bed room, which was not sincere at all. Although it was a suite, it was Just a bed. There was simply no change, no sincerity at all, and no intention to solve the problem. At night, right outside our floor is the doorway to the hotel's air conditioner, which is so loud that I can't sleep at all. I had no choice but to go to the front desk at 1 o'clock in the night. There was no room. I kept struggling. My best friend slept alone in a room they arranged that said there would be no noise, but it was not the case. Still noisy. We asked for a solution the next day, but there was no reply. They showed us other rooms, which were still the same room type and in the same row as the air outlet. They said the standard rooms were like this. Finally, in order to sleep soundly at night, the four of us stayed in a double room😓 First of all, the hotel staff has poor problem-solving skills. They didn't even consider whether a king-sized bed or an extra bed would be enough. Secondly, although the hotel is 24 years old, the air conditioner is leaking and the sewer is clogged, and they don't pay attention to solving the problem."

The location is super convenient: the hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from the convention and exhibition center of Lushan New Town. There is a direct bus to the pier at the door. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the customer company. The surrounding area is not as noisy as the downtown area, but convenience stores and coffee shops are all available. There is no pressure to buy a late night after working overtime at night. Full office experience! ✅ The desk in the room is oversized, equipped with eye protection desk lamps and multiple power sockets, and you don't have to squat on the bedside to find a plug in the PPT. ✅ Wi-Fi speed is amazing, video conference is not stuck in the whole process (this Internet migrant workers are ecstatic), and free high-speed traffic packages are also intimately sent. ✅ Business service emergency: suddenly in the early morning, the contract was changed, and the front desk brother sent the printed documents to the room in 10 minutes, moved and cried! Details poke the pain point of business trip: 👉 There is a USB charging port and an intelligent control panel at the bedside. You can turn off the lights and adjust the air conditioner when you lie flat, and you don't need to find the switch in the dark. 👉 The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the shower water pressure is super sufficient, and it takes 5 minutes to wash and go to the meeting. 👉 The coffee capsules and tea bags in the minibar are free to continue, and the plan for staying up late depends on them to continue their lives!
