The hotel is located next to noisy bars where parties go on every night until 2 a.m. Additionally, the hotel room has an interior window between the bathroom and the bedroom, so which means you can’t fall asleep until the parties end and then, at around 7 a.m., you wake up because one of your neighbors starts taking a shower. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep or relax in this hotel, not to mention the persistent smell of mold in the room and very dirty. We booked this hotel for two weeks but couldn’t stay there for more than three days. We had to find another place to stay while this one just sat empty. I strongly advise all travelers not to stay at this hotel — otherwise, it will ruin your entire travel experience.

The room is clean and very nice, mini apartment style, I forgot to take pictures so now there are no pictures to post. Compared to the price, it's quite okay.

The room is gorgeous! I was aesthetically delighted, everything is very new, fresh and at the same time it feels cozy. The only thing was that there was a rooster under my window, it was unbearable to sleep from the very early morning, this is a big minus, you most likely will not get enough sleep here. Otherwise, there are no questions about the room, they even helped me find washing gel at the reception, thank them very much for that!

The first room had a strange smell, and even after ventilating for about two hours, the smell didn't go away, so I had to change rooms. The next room was by the river, and the room itself was fine, but the bathroom was just awful. The toilet vent fan never turned on, and there was hair in the washing machine and in the bathroom. Also, the shower never got hot, and the toilet was connected to the ceiling, and there was no vent fan, so the air was dirty. The light in the shower room was a sensor, so the light went out if you moved even a little. Also, the drainage was poor, and water accumulated on the floor. The washing machine didn't work very well either. Also, there are restaurants nearby at night, but they are never open during the day, and the convenience store is very far away. I stayed there because I needed a washing machine, but I still think this hotel is no good.

It is a cost-effective residence that is good for a short stay. The lobby staff is friendly and you can easily go to My Khe Beach or Vincom Plaza. great. There is also a washing machine, which is convenient.

Lived in these apartments for 2 days. The cost is approximately $20 per day. Overall, I recommend it for a short stay. Pros: stylish room with fresh renovation, comfortable large bed, good WiFi, utensils for cooking, washing machine, smart TV. Free drinks (cola, beer, water) Special thanks to the administrator for the quick registration. Cons: there are no grocery stores nearby, it’s a little dark due to the small window on the balcony, the floor is very dirty, there was no cold water in the tap in the morning.

The location is a bit far from the center. Because it is located along the Han River, you can see a wonderful river view. Because it is a new building, all facilities are clean. The female staff at the reception are very friendly.

The room is large, the suite is quiet, clean, the front desk is friendly, and the price is high. But it is recommended to have a certain level of English to book, because when you check in, you will be informed of the charges in the room. The hotel is not far from anywhere. You can get to My Khe Beach, Cham Museum, Lotte and other places within 20,000 VND by grab.
