"This hotel is conveniently located right next to the highway, making it ideal for those traveling by car. The reasonable parking rates are also a plus. There are few restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to plan your meals in advance. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom seemed a bit dated."

"Room at the 11th floor was decent, and clean. And the breakfast served was delicious and the selection plentiful and enjoyable. if you like sumptuous breakfasts, you will enjoy it here. But there were a few annoying things. In the evening of our arrival, we went to the bar hoping to get something to eat and drink. There was no one there, and after asking at the reception a lady arrived and with great annoyance she announced to us that the kitchen was closed (that is in spite the menu having an "after 9" section) and for drinks we would need to wait 20 min! An appealing service and attitude, not matching a hotel (going to be?) part of the Hyatt chain. Furthermore, after the first day we asked for the "complimentary" bottle of water to be restocked. The young man at the reception proudly told us that we could buy a bottle at the vending machine (pointing it out with his finger!) or at the restaurant. The water was free only for the first day! Once again, an appealing level of service and attitude, not matching a hotel (going to be?) part of the Hyatt chain. Overall, a service and experience you'd expect at the 3star hotel. "

"Room 205. After several years of stay in Cottbus, the quality of the old city hotel is unchangedly good. The room is very spacious and clean and has a beautiful view of the theatre and the Spremberg Tower. The hotel Wi-Fi is unfortunately weak. The breakfast room is very spacious and atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a saturating and varied breakfast, the breakfast price is also very cheap. The kitchen staff and hotel owners at the reception are all very friendly, I feel always like at home. The location of the hotel between the main station and the old town is optimal, as well as the price-performance ratio. My conclusion: again at any time!"
