"I stayed here for on the 18th of June 2026 for 7 nights and I’m already planning my visit back. The rooms were modern, stylish and beautifully maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming from day one until the day we left and it didn’t matter who you spoke to they were all lovely. The food was beautiful with a range of different selections to choose from and was surprised with a lovely bottle of sparkling wine or Prosecco on my birthday (I can’t remember but it was lovely ☺️). It’s not far from outside shops and the beach is close by if you fancy gorgeous beach front views. The hotel has lovely pools and poolside entertainment and games during the day time and a night bar with live performances.I cannot thank the staff enough for how comfortable they made me feel whilst staying there I have recommended this place to my friends and family and really looking forward to visiting again. "Positives: - Staff friendly and helpful - Pool areas and activities fantastic for kids - Food good - Large rooms with a living area Negatives: - Rooms very old and tatty; this wouldn’t have been an issue if there wasn’t a terrible sewage smell - Brown water in showers - Overflowing drains - Whole hotel smells of sewage - 3 cockroaches in our room over the week Overall,we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. The drains and the cockroaches were a real ick. It’s a shame when you spend a lot of money for a week away and are happy to be back in your own home. The reception offered to move our room but all rooms have the same issue."

"Location was perfect less than 200m from the main strip. Atmosphere was good a very chilled place. Me and my fiancee swapped rooms after the first night as we were facing a wall and road. Management were accommodating and we moved to a balcony room looking over the pool for a small upgrade fee. The room was fine apart from the fridge which could of been abit colder. There were one or two cosmetic issues but nothing to bad. The overall cost matched what we paid for the hotel. Cleanliness was spot the room was cleaned everyday no issues and surrounding areas were very clean. Noise levels were fine...no chavvy people here at all. Food was abit repetitive but ok. I'd return again when the few cosmetic issues were sorted."

"The location is excellent, with the town, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The nearby Music Square is a great place to spend an evening, with live music and talented bands. The pool bar offers a wide selection of drinks. While some premium branded drinks require an additional charge, there is still plenty of choice included, and the daily cocktail special is a nice touch. The pool bar is open from 10:30am to 6:30pm and also serves snacks and ice cream throughout the day. The pool itself is very clean and the perfect temperature for cooling off. It opens at 9am and although some guests queue early for sunbeds, we never had any issues finding one. Pool towels are provided, with a €1 charge if you wish to exchange them. There is also optional daytime entertainment such as darts, table tennis and pool games, which are fun to join in or simply watch. The gym opens from 7am. Guests collect the key from reception and can book a slot if required, helping to prevent it from becoming overcrowded. Our room was spacious and well laid out, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and seating area. The shower was a great size and had excellent water pressure, which was particularly appreciated after a long day in the sun. Air conditioning was great too. We also liked the hotel’s environmentally friendly room-cleaning initiative. Rooms are cleaned daily, but guests can choose to skip a day in exchange for either a complimentary cocktail or an hour in the jacuzzi with a bottle of cava. The food was a good mix of international and local cuisine with plenty of variety throughout our stay, including themed evenings such as BBQ night. There are always plenty of alternatives available, including pasta, pizza, fish, chicken, pork, salads, rice, chips and fresh bread. All dishes are labelled. Some guests may have high expectations and complain about the selection, but in our experience there was more than enough choice to suit most tastes. There have been some comments about birds in the restaurant area, but this was not an issue for us. The dining area is enclosed and although the occasional bird may find its way in when the doors are open, it certainly didn’t affect our experience. The spa and wellness centre offers treatments, a sauna and jacuzzi (at an additional cost) and is open from 10am to 7pm. One of the biggest positives of this hotel is the staff. From reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and entertainment teams, everyone works incredibly hard and is genuinely friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. Check-out is at 12pm, with the option to request a late check-out if needed. Check-in starts at 3pm. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, but we were able to store our luggage, enjoy food and drinks, and relax by the pool bar while we waited."
