"A lovely, delightful hotel with a great restaurant and nice staff. Well Maintained gardens and a limited but still there a view of the sea. Breakfast was great. Drinks a bit expensive in the afternoon. Dinner was fantastic. The only thing I’d complain about was: the window in the bedroom did not open at all while the window ninths bathroom did not close :-) Firesafety ? And a few little details which would suggest a lack of staff or just an overlook. Otherwise good."

"Travelled here to visit friends. The hotel is deceptively spacious with a leisure centre. The furniture in my room is need of a refurb and the location of my room meant I was awake early with loud gym music. Apart from that the hotel has a great atmosphere, the food is really good and the staff are super, especially Carole in the breakfast room who cannot be faulted."

"Nothing like description. Dark downstairs flat, sofa dirty and in poor condition, tv doesn’t work. Advertised as beautiful views but rear windows all overlook tiny back yard with high walls and an overflowing rubbish bin. Windows left open on our arrival so flat was full of flies and overwhelming smell of heater fuel from tank in garden. One of the bedrooms has no window and has mould on ceiling. Really really disappointing. We left after one night (planned stay 7 nights). No response from owner."

The only problem I could find with the hotel was the breakfast, I had a full irish breakfast every morning at a few different times and it was always too dry. I think the hotel must prepare many, keep them under heat lamps and then just add a freshly cooked egg when they are ordered."
