Welcome to a secluded slice of heaven overlooking Conesus Lake in New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes. Twenty minutes from Letchworth State Park and innumerable local attractions is our glamping paradise. A short distance to over 66 miles of hiking trails, three large waterfalls and over 100 smaller cascades. Close to SUNY Geneseo, many local breweries, wineries, restaurants, flea markets, farm stands, Amish country and so many other fun adventures. The property itself is fenced in for your furry family and has a large gazebo fire pit, a stock tank pool, two full bathrooms, washer, dryer, gas grill with side burner for all of your gourmet outdoor cooking and is surrounded by a few more unfenced, explorable acres. The camper features a queen size bed, twin RV bunk beds and a full size pull out sofa. There is both RV style central air conditioning and a window unit in the primary bedroom. A small dishwasher, thermal coffee maker and full size refrigerator with ice maker make your stay a bit easier. Room for 1 outdoor tent if you’d like to bring one along. There is an air mattress as well for your use. Please note-there is no direct lake access for this property but there are numerous public access points close by. Vitale Park and Long Point Park are 2 examples. Please note-there is no internet or television here. The deck has seating and your family can enjoy making S'Mores by the fire pit. This house is located directly across East Lake Road from our lake area. It is located on a 17 acre campground (Conesus Lake RV Park) that affords you the opportunity to use the playground, game room, camp store, additional laundry (washer and dryer are also in the house), and nature trails. Kayak, paddle boards, row boats, and a pontoon boat are available for rent at Conesus Lake Campground at 5609 East Lake Road. We own both campgrounds so you may use the indoor pool, playgrounds, and disc golf facilities at Conesus Lake Campground. An extensive nature trail connects both properties.
