The pool was very nice, the pina colada was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. The infinity pool is on the cliff overlooking the ocean, it's small but beautiful, and it opens until midnight. Beach isn't close by and at the closest one tide is pretty high so we just stayed at the pool area. "

It is also very close to the beach and casino. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. We moved to a homestay in the ancient city in the next few days, and our stay was not as comfortable and convenient as this hotel. So next time I come to San Juan, I will choose this hotel again. No. 2 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Puerto Rico"First of all an authorization for $5000.00+ was placed on mycredit card. LaConcha admitted their error and removed it. Secondly the shower was extremely difficult to operate. Maintainance demonstrated it, but it was totally unacceptable. Our security safe froze on us at a very inconvient and was repaired. We would not stay there in the future"

"We had difficulty finding the hotel at first. Street signs are not prevalent in San Juan. Once we contacted the front desk they were very helpful. The suite was comfortable and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub suitably hot. It was not crowded at night. The onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were very helpful with getting taxis. The only negative was some early morning noise from the construction site next door."

* This ensures that the host remains informed & has a fair opportunity to respond—especially during rapidly changing or high-pressure situations.
4. Time-Sensitive Reporting Requirement
If an event occurs that the guest believes qualifies as an emergency:
* It must be reported the same calendar day in which it happens.
* If reported after the date of occurrence, the situation will be considered a non-urgent post-stay issue, not an emergency.
* Timely reporting protects both guest safety & host ability to offer real-time support & verification.

If it doesn't make it back from its adventure, no stress-there's a $15 per key "Lost-At-Paradise" fee (aka Replacement Cost). We won't ask where it went-whether it's buried in the s&, swimming with the fish, or making new friends at a beach bar, we'll just welcome a new key into the world.
