"We stayed at this hotel to be closer to the jumping off point for the Mount Pinatubo hike. For this price it’s quite nice I guess, at least it was clean and the food was surprisingly awesome!! We had dinner there and were really impressed. But I didn’t get a good sleep in the room, it was too noisy outside, by the pool. Other hotel guests had fun drinking and enjoying themselves. At around 2 am I went down and asked the guy at the reception to take care of the noise since it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Also, the room smelt like old cigarettes’ smoke. Plus, the aircon would turn off every few minutes, so we had to get up and turn it on again. It was a torture for me to sleep there. The hotel is right beside the main road, so we could hear all the cars and bikes passing by. We would come back for the food, but never to stay overnight"

"full of mosquitos, hundreds. not kidding! they sprayed repellent but the oil and dead mosquiotos were left in the floor. toilet is bad. water is always hot, almost everything inside is broken. the kuya was very nice but that could not compensate the experience."

"The staff were professional, helpful and genuinely friendy whick makes our stay very pleasant. The food was great and well prepared. The only thing we wished for is a swimming pool as it would have been nice to relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. I had left an item at my previous hotel and had it couriered to this one. They constantly monitored the delivery and notified me as soon as it arrived, allowing me to receive it just before I left for the airport. I was so thrilled! The hotel's facilities are excellent overall, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend! 👍"
