"Lovely hotel, great location in Gran Canaria and food and drinks are really good! Cleaners are lovely and overall staff are really friendly. Two downfalls: - if you are one for entertainment in the evening this place isn’t good for it, it’s shocking if I’m honest. We stayed for 10 days and 2 out of those nights we stayed in the hotel and that was only for the football as we knew other places would be really busy. We spent most our evenings either in the centre or at the europa centre which is roughly 5 minute walk from the hotel. - second downfall is how they let people reserve sun loungers from 8am, there’s two pools and a few days me and my partner couldn’t get a sun lounger near the pool as every single one is reserved all day. I don’t blame this on the people but more so the hotel for allowing this to happen it’s not fair on other guests that want to enjoy both sides to a holiday (going out and staying in). Overall, I’d say it’s a good hotel and we have had a lovely time just few mishaps."

"Third time at this hotel and most likely the last. The thing we like are the views from this hotel they are wonderful. Food very repetitive but always something for every dietary need. Rooms and pool area very clean apart from the communal toilets, they were disgusting! The reason for us not booking again is mainly due to entertainment. The activity guys are great but have alot of days off, evening entertainment was just shockingly awful when they showed up as couple evenings they'd cancel and put kids karaoke on. We'd go out most evenings due to that reason. Can't fault any of the staff they all work hard. Met some wonderful families which probably made up for the lack of entertainment as we'd make our own."

"Just arrived home today from this hotel. Very good value for money. Nice rooms , cleaned regularly and towels changed. Everything you need for self catering. Full sized fridge, cooking utensils. We were on 8th floor so brilliant veiws. Pool is nice and clean and not busy or rowdy. Pool bar for drinks and snacks is spot on. Really good prices and fast food and drinks. The only downfall is the walk back up the steps to the hotel but taxis are really cheap."

"The hotel is well located. Free parking, but very limited spaces along the street. The room is spacious and clean. The bedding is excellent. Towels, bathrobes, slippers, and pool towels are provided. The spa is a major plus (sauna, hammam, heated pool) and can be reserved for one hour, limited to six people at a time. On the balcony: a jacuzzi! Breakfast: excellent with a wide selection."
