"This is a basic accomodation according to pricing. Rooms are old but big and clean. The pool is great. The location is best, very near to colva beach and market. They have breakfast, tea, coffee menu with very much reasonable prices. I have no compliants as we stayed during new year which was the peak time, but got stay at reasonable prices."

"The hote is reached by jeep - it collects very frequently from a cafe about 10 mins away but the drive is really bumpy and past a rubbish dump - i really didn’t like it at all. The hotel is 3* and I’m not sure where the rooms are that are in the brochure - our room was very clean but basic, small and a view of the room opposite. There was no privacy on the veranda - very open views of next doors washing hanging either side. Restaurant was good but empty and slow service. I thought the prices were ok, there’s no way I would have wanted to do the terror jeep trip in the dark so forced to eat at the hotel. Beach is lovely, quite a walk across to the sea on very hot sand so bring your water shoes!"

"I had the most unpleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, a horrible smell filled the air, making it unbearable to stay inside. To make matters worse, I found lizards and cockroaches crawling around, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The bedsheets and curtains were stained, and the overall hygiene of the room was pathetic. The bathroom was equally filthy, with water stains and an unpleasant odor. Clearly, housekeeping and maintenance are not a priority for this hotel."

Every dish was fresh and perfectly prepared by the talented chefs. The service was excellent, and the staff members Raksha, Swati, Ayesha, and Sujana were very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The live counter chef also did a fantastic job preparing fresh dishes, even though I unfortunately forgot her name. The ambiance was beautiful and lively, perfectly matching the theme. The games and entertainment were amazing and made the evening even more enjoyable. Special thanks to all the chefs and staff for such a lovely experience."

"There are no sun loungers on the beach, and beach towels are not allowed. There's a shack to the left. There are no shops, pharmacies, or currency exchange offices within walking distance. The pool tiles need to be repaired. Very beautiful, green area with wildlife. Delicious coffee for breakfast from a vending machine. There are more staff than guests."
