Room and hotel is nice,been checked in Sheraton around world the hotel is same as others branch.The only thing is receptionist while we asking the price for extend,they told us is confidential and not letting us to extend not because of full occupied.

Nice hotel

The hotel is very close to the seaside train, the room is super large, the equipment is very new and clean. It is 45 minutes away from Sri Lanka Airport. The check-in and check-out process is also very smooth, and it is a very good stay experience.

The room is clean, with a good view. The waiters are enthusiastic and have good attitudes. They will ask you what drinks you want to drink at breakfast, which is really good. They will communicate with you about your satisfaction with the service. The beach is across the room and you can take pictures of the train. There is a security check at the entrance, which feels quite safe. We were given a welcome drink when we checked in. The waiters will take the initiative to provide a lot of help.

During the last few days in Colombo, I chose the Sheraton, which is conveniently located. The price is very good for the New Year's Day. The room is quite large, clean, relatively new facilities, and the service is also very good. You can get a tuk-tuk when you go out. It is very convenient to walk to Galle Face. There is a supermarket downstairs. The train station is next to the sea. In the morning, I got on the train station and waited for a while. The photo was over~ The breakfast is quite rich. There are many kinds of juice and bread. You can fry any meat you want. The only thing to avoid is that it is best to request no connecting rooms when checking in. We are in 1209 opposite the elevator. The neighbors who checked in at midnight can hear the talking, singing, and even whistling clearly. The sound insulation is a bit poor. People who sleep light must request it when checking in.

Facilities: The swimming pool is great, semi-outdoor, and beautiful at night. The hotel breakfast is very good, and I recommend the various breads and pastries for breakfast. Service: The service staff is friendly. I arrived at the hotel after midnight on the first day, and the check-in time was very fast. Location: The room can see the sea and the train, and the view is great.

Standard five-star hotel. I have to say the bedding is quite comfortable, especially the pillows. The breakfast is not rich. Western food is better than Asian food. The service is very good. Overall, I am satisfied

The hotel is in a good location. There is a seaside train just one block away and a supermarket 100 meters away on foot. The buffet breakfast and dinner have a rich variety, and the wifi signal is much better than in other cities in Lanka.

I had to choose between itc and this one. Because of the price difference, I chose this one. The location is not as good as itc, but there is a Colombo No.1 ice cream shop next to this one, which makes up for the shortcomings.

Everything is very good. The hotel is across from the sea. It has the same train as the popular Japanese cartoons. I suggest you go and have a look. There is also a small supermarket next to it, which is very convenient.
