Never clear the room in 3 days . 4 of us but they provided 2 tower and never change towers every day. They always said they will send the tower to us but they never follow when requested tower and tissue paper .sofa bed very noisy and room sound proofing very bad always can hear talking from other room

the room was nice with a terrace. although it’s unnecessary to separate the bathroom and toilet, where the toilet has no sink. the shower head is too weak and there was no conditioner, but the website said they have.

This place was literally gorgeous not only for the price but also in comparison to the other places we’ve stayed so far on our road trip through France. Very relaxing and modern/chic private apartment with exactly what you need for your stay including a safe in the bedroom. The bed, linens and pillows were superb, decor beautiful, and a private patio terrace by the bed.. it is very noisy in the area as it is right by the highway, but once the patio door is closed you hear nothing. One of the nicest places we stayed that was still affordable, and they have a restaurant on top of the hotel next door, the music was quite loud but the atmosphere is beautiful, we recommend the steak, the burger and the chicken with gnocchi, also the drink L’impala was nice and light if that’s your thing.

Lovely hotels with good amenities and very clean. On arrival reception wanted €300 deposit which I was not informed of prior and when I refused it became quite a battle and I felt I was being mocked. Only negative thing I really have to say. Location wise it was ok, but takes about an hour to get into Paris via metro if you want to pay for an Uber or taxi it takes 30-45minutes. Good shops, restaurants and bars just a short walk from the hotel. Overall a good experience for the price.

The room is next to the highway, which is very crowded. The bathroom design is weird, you can't stand to take a shower.

We stayed in this hotel near Paris. The bedding was very comfortable. We asked for a room with a kitchenette, unfortunately we didn't get it. The bathroom was spacious and very functional. Parking near the hotel is not necessarily free, spaces are more or less rare.

The room is relatively new and you can see the Eiffel Tower

Overall, we thought the stay was OK. For a four-star hotel, however, we would have expected our luggage to be brought to our room. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned until the third day. You have to book a parking space separately, as there are no parking spaces nearby. The price is OK. Overall, OK.

The entire wallpaper of the hotel is animal pictures, which is quite unique. The room is quite large, which is nice.

I tried to cancel my reservation following a cancellation of my train (SNCF strikes). As soon as I was notified by the SNCF, I tried to contact the hotel, after 3 calls I was finally able to get through to the reservations department. I am told that I must send an email (something I did beforehand) and then tell me that the cancellation would be done with fees (something I understand), I ask him the amount of the fees, the Julie's interlocutor tells me the price of the room, so I tell her, tell me right away that it's simply not refundable. Next week I have a 4-night trip to make, I will not return to this hotel, especially since the reservations department is particularly rude and incompetent and they automatically redirect us to TRIP in order not to process our request
