I visited Cologne to see a performance.
The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall.
There are many restaurants nearby, and you can walk along the Rhine River if you walk a little.
The room was clean and all the facilities were good.
However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to go up and down the spiral staircase to the 4th floor.
I think it would be difficult for people with a lot of luggage.

The distance from the station is moderate, and it is a convenient location to go anywhere.
