The room was great, within walking distance to Cologne Cathedral, and the environment was clean and comfortable.

Super breakfast! But I would have appreciated better amenities in the room, there was no conditioner available (also not upon inquiry). Minibar was empty, and touch pad didn’t work.
Service and friendliness was outstanding though, I would come back anytime.

It may be discriminatory towards Chinese tourists. , did not listen to opinions at all, stayed in the hotel for four days and did not change the quilt, and only agreed to change it under strong demand. There were no tissues in the room and they were not placed. When I went to the front desk to remind me, I did not follow it. I called the service desk and did not come to the room. Foreigners are consciously provided with disposable slippers when checking in. Chinese people don’t remind you when checking in, let alone proactively give them to you. It’s a very annoying check-in experience, so I will definitely not choose to stay here next time.
