酒店總體很滿意，我們到酒店比較晚了，前台小帥哥服務非常好説三樓的房間沒有電梯，幫我們升級到家庭房了，房間很大，早晨晚上都可以去餐廳接水喝很方便，酒店位置很好距離中央火車站很近！就是偶爾過火車有點吵，其他的都很滿意！非常推薦！

Hotel established in a quiet area where easy to reach Cologne Grand Cathedrale within 10 minutes on foot, specified comfortable where let us passed an inforgetable and wonderful vacation. Wir waren ziemlich sprachlos.. das Zimmer ist sehr dreckig. Badezimmer verschimmelt. Ohne Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Lage ist top, jedoch ungewöhnlich laut. Nie wieder bei A&O Kette, wir zahlen lieber mehr für ein angenehmes Schlafen.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the main train station (5 minutes) and Cologne Cathedral (8 minutes). The double room is very spacious. The luggage storage is a coin locker, 2 euros a day, which is relatively cost-effective.

The hotel is located away from the central station and very close to Cologne Cathedral (it might be a bit difficult to find for the first time).
