"If there was a choice to give this hotel zero stars, I would. I stayed here for a few days a couple of months ago, and, other than the fact that the fooor was dirty, my stay was relaxing, and pleasant. This trip….. horrible. The refrigerator had a foul odor, and was filthy. The floor was even dirtier. The door had a gap in it that ran the entire length of the door jam, where the lock is. I covered it with a sheet. There were holes in the wall, above the refrigerator, and I plugged them with pieces of a plastic bag. As a solo female traveler, one can’t be too careful. Aldi, the worst part was what I found under the bed when I lifted the mattress up to turn it over; springs were poking my backside when I sat down. I was actually scared, and it takes a lot to scare me. I will never stay there, again, and I suggest that no solo females stay there, either."

"The room was tiny but expected that for the price. There was no microwave when it said there was even though they did have a fridge. The room was hot as hell and could not seem to get it at any other temperature the whole stay. THe ice machine was broke and there solution was to have an ice chest in the office with a paper cup that was broken in the ice to get the ice out of the chest. The rollway had dirty sheets and I noticed our sheets on our bed were not exactly clean either. They did not service the room during our stay at all. They did not clean it or remove the trash or the dirty towels. Also asked for a rollaway at check in and after 30 minutes of waiting had to call the front desk to ask where it was. The lady at the front desk said oh I am sorry I forgot. Whe it is your business to service the guest how do you forget and also there was no other guests checking in at that time. My husband asked how many towels in the room and she said 4 and then said here are two more so you don't have to call for them. When we got to the room there was only two towels in the room."
