Excellent
The Marriott Residence Inn in Goleta has been our families home away from home when they visit. My parents live on the east coast and come to visit several times a year and always stay here. It is truly a vacation for them. From the delicious breakfast each morning, to the comfortable room and amazing amenities in my opinion it's the best place to stay in Santa Barbara. My dad loves the pool, jacuzzi and workout room. My mom loves sitting by the fire pits. I'm always amazed by how incredible the staff is. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. I can't thank them enough! I would highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

RrobertaAbsolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.

GGuest UserYou have to visit this property to really appreciate it. I cannot say enough about the property, room (#271), service, staff, restaurant/food at this BW+. No complaints. Very clean and quiet room & property. Great pool and patio. The outdoor finch aviary was a nice bonus. Beautiful blooming flowers & mature trees throughout the property. Stay was extra nice due to the more mature guests & the non-summer time of year (=quiet). Full breakfast, lunch, dinner menus available.

Parking service is also very good, but if you want to park in the hotel, you can only valet parking, you need to spend 32USD, the orange ticket given by the waiter must be collected, you must have a small ticket to pick up the car, when you go, it is recommended A 10USD tip for the valet parking attendant. The service quality of the waiter is also very good, very friendly to the children, and the children are very happy to play.
