The hotel has 24-hour butler service, if you are not satisfied with the room or any need can contact us, the butler will be the first time to solve your problem. As for the tiles falling off you said, the butler immediately offered to upgrade your room after you reported, but you did not reply to the message. Considering that it was too late to continue to disturb you, the hotel also carried out engineering maintenance on the tiles falling off after you checked out. Later, you did not tell us that there were cockroaches in the room you mentioned, I would like to sincerely apologize to you again. Chongqing is humid and the hotel is near the river. The housekeeper reminded us to close the Windows when checking in to prevent small mosquitoes, and what you showed in your picture is not a cockroach. We value the feedback and suggestions given to us by each guest, and we hope to escort each guest's peace of mind.
