The hotel has a great location and complete room facilities. The only regret is that we went to the infinity pool on the 51st floor on the last day. It was dark up there and my friend accidentally didn't see the steps and almost fell into the pool. I hope the hotel will increase the lighting at the pool because there was another guest who had the same problem!

There’s no where else I’d say in Chongqing but here. The hotel is modern and luxe. There’s so much to see within walking distance. We had an issue with a smoking room and they quickly moved us into a new room. The service is excellent and so is the food. We ordered room service multiple times and although it was a bit slow the food and coffee were both excellent. Would definitely stay here anytime I visit Chongqing!
