酒店位置環境沒得説，服務欠點意思
入住時前台推薦了早餐套餐，並交了預付，但猶豫孩子起的太晚，打電話到前台，酒店以已經過了夜審為由 無法取消 第二天早餐費用衹好打水漂了。

該酒店的優點在於地理位置優越靠近解放碑晚上散步就可以走去很方便，但遺憾的是住宿體驗感不好，雖然號稱5星級但是設計風格與現代化的5星級酒店格格不入，尤其是乘坐電梯進去後6面牆均黑色小小射燈燈光微弱，仿進了牢房，四周漆黑連樓層按鍵都很難尋找實在是大煞風景。這次回國走了北上廣深全是五星級酒店這是全國最差的。
