"We had a fantastic time at Huafang Hotel. Located right in the midst of old city attractions, and convenient for metro travel too. Beautiful facilities, infinity pool with a great view, spacious and well-appointed rooms. Exceeded expectations! The staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us with receiving packages, with our heavy luggage, and with answering questions. Thank you Xiao Tan and Xiao Xiong! The only minor challenge is the main road does not come up to the front of the hotel. But the hotel staff were there to greet us at the road and carry our luggage up to the entrance."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding transportation is very convenient. There are three subway lines. The nearest transfer line can reach other popular check-in attractions. The hotel room is also very comfortable and well-equipped. The hotel staff Ina is enthusiastic and has a thumbs up. The front desk assistant manager Xiao Wang is not only beautiful, but also has a nice voice. The service is meticulous and comfortable. Helped solve the problem of ticketing, skilled in system operation, and full marks for professionalism. Love it!"

"We stayed in the summer duplex villa. This a spacious two storey accommodation with a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Overall the facilities were comfortable. It’s a more expensive accommodation yes, but reflected in the facilities, private hot spring and lovely service. Quanbieyuan was our host and very helpful. We loved the private hot spring. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, I couldn’t finish all of it although I wanted to. It was my husband’s birthday and they brought him a lovely cake. We also had tickets included to the hot springs next door which were wonderful. They give you VIP tickets which means access to a slightly more private change area. Across the road is a restaurant and shopping area, if you keep walking right then you will reach many well priced restaurants, supermarkets etc. It’s actually a pleasant area. There is no metro nearby but a bus stops in front of the resort if you need."

"Great hotel for a spa break. Rooms very clean. Rooms come complete with a desk and huge tv and all laptop connections you could want. Usb, Hdmi, various Chinese and European plugs. Rooms have both a shower and a bath. The rubber ergonomic pillow was great. Natural hot springs in the same building. Area is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can walk along the river, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance."

"The stay was very good. The housekeeper Xiao He was dedicated and attentive. The hotel has a nice view. The staff is warm and thoughtful. Thank you Miss for the snacks [qiang][qiang]. We changed rooms that night. Thank you housekeeper Xiao Bai for your guidance [qiang][qiang]. We also upgraded the suite. Thank you housekeeper Xiao He for his careful and considerate service, and for responding to and solving problems in a timely manner, which made this trip comfortable and pleasant. I give it a five-star rating and am very satisfied."

"Omg we loved this hotel. It has everything we needed. The room was AMAZING and spotless, the pool on the roof was a plus, especially this time of the year (August). The surrounding area is super nice and full of eateries, also very easy to reach all the main attractions by didi. Would definitely love to come back."

"This stay was beyond my expectation! The hotel service was warm and thoughtful, the front desk was efficient and considerate, and the room type was upgraded. The rooms are spacious and bright, the design is elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the daily cleaning is meticulous. The location is excellent, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked meals are especially amazing; the quality is reflected in the details: the staff always provide smiling service and actively provide travel suggestions. The accommodation experience is worth the money, and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality. I will definitely choose it again next time!"

"Went there for the outdoor pool. It was clean and best of all mostly empty. It is located on the fifth floor rooftop. There’s no real place to sunbathe, but they do have a lot of patio seating. They also have the gym nearby and an area for laundry, lockers and showers. There was a lovely check in attendant who spoke English and went above and beyond every time we needed help. She helped hook up my laptop to the television so we could watch movies. So grateful! The rooms were clean and everything still looks well maintained and new. It was a great place for a staycation in Chongqing. Just a few things to note: the mini fridge in the room doesn’t chill things at all. There are four free drinks included (soft drinks, juice). There was a small fruit bowl, but we didn’t eat anything. The breakfast has limited western options, but of course we expected that since this is a Chinese hotel. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal. That’s it. They do have Chinese breakfast options, but didn’t try them. We didn’t try the dining options available at the hotel so can’t comment. Overall, it was a great place to stay. I would recommend it as a nice, clean and new hotel for visitors coming to CQ and staying in the Palm Springs area."

"Service: The service is very good, and the customer service staff are very warm and polite. The cleaning lady will take the initiative to greet and ask if you need room service. Xiaoyuan, the front desk staff at the check-out counter, also gave me a small doll. I came here for a meeting, and I feel that the hotel service is really good. Environment: It is close to the subway station and shopping mall, which is very convenient, and the hotel environment is also very good.
