五一下雨，但環境真的好，設施也能基本滿足需要，餐食味道不錯，周圍可以玩的比較多，夏天應該更舒服，不過小蟲子是很多。幾家人相約一起更好！

管家很熱情，有什麼事都會提前跟我們説，還帶我們去挖了筍，服務很到位；房間很大 乾淨，週中去的 人不多也很安靜，但我們訂的私湯花園房 實際房間裏面的小花園並沒有花 衹有雜草，建議店家儘快維護一下，春天應該是有花開的，民宿周邊就有一大片油菜花和梨花；位置有點偏的，除了自駕以外感覺不是很方便，有一條森林步道徒步 景色不錯；楊梅見這邊沒有餐廳 用餐要走一段路 燒烤也衹能在餐廳烤，要是能在房間裏面就更好了；之前看評論私湯衹能泡一次 還覺得有點影響體驗，實際我們去的時候都是隨時泡的 不限次。

路好走，衹不過跟着導航走 提示到了實際又沒到，因為我們是比較晚到的，又困又找不到路有點搞心態，後面是管家來接的，建議店家優化一下導航定位。
衞生做得很徹底 貝殼房房間偏小 感覺沒有宣傳裏寫的那麼大，但是小朋友很喜歡，有投影儀和智能馬桶（帶了一次性馬桶套很棒），第二天天氣好 推開門就是山景 體驗感還是很不錯！
早餐重慶小麪好吃，水果新鮮，但糕點種類很少；午餐點菜份量足，味道中規中矩吧 （值得表揚的是我們到的時候已經過了下午茶時間，但第二天上午還是給我們準備了）
貝殼房湯池都沒在房間裏面，湯池比較大，我們去泡的時候發現裏面有很多樹葉，也不知道打掃過沒有，後面又叫做衞生的阿姨來打掃了一遍才泡的。
整體來説還是滿意，工作人員都很熱情。

總體來説還不錯。可開車抵達，道路狀況尚可。民宿整體環境不錯，幽靜的環境，霧氣瀰漫的山峯，清新的空氣，寬敞的公共區域與房間空間。點餐的味道也在線，還可以自助燒烤，早餐對比起來就稍顯一般了，服務態度也不錯，但服務意識不太強。衞生有待加強，很多稍微隱祕點的地方都有些許問題，真的都需進行大掃除了。
設施：設施情況良好，也比較新，但維護稍差，投影的畫面歪斜，需自己調整，投影牆面的顏色導致畫面顏色稍有怪異。建議:1.衞生間加裝放置衣物及浴巾的部件;2.民宿下的停車場燈可以再亮些。
衞生：總體還可以，但有些地方需要加強，圖4床頭上方有黑色黴點，圖5民宿樓梯的玻璃斑駁，還有些公共環境也有些小問題。
環境：環境是加分項，所處環境真的舒適安逸，離四面山景區也近。
服務：服務隨叫隨到，有需求都可以講，這點還是表揚。但很多細節的主動服務意識與酒店差距較大，早餐較為一般，豐富及可口還有很大的提升空間。

在快節奏的生活中，短暫慢下來。下雨天的四面山很適合放空，艷陽天的四面山適合放飛。在景區周邊眾多民宿中選擇了這家民宿，從入住到退房，整個過程都很治癒，很舒服。
一到門口，就有管家來問我們需要幫忙拿行李麼。還給我們免費加了床 贈送了下午茶。一進房間就很暖和，房間設備設施真的很高級，全智能設備 投影儀也比我之前住過的酒店民宿的清晰。洗浴用品是大牌Appelles的。吹風機也是戴森。在房間把音樂放着，泡個温泉，喝點小酒/咖啡，看看山景，那個氛圍感簡直拉滿。早餐是給我們送到房間的；晚餐點的自助燒烤 瘦肉串、牛肉串、排骨、雞翅這些都是店家自己串的鮮活，不是科技凍貨，贊👍
我和朋友也經常出去玩，但是在這次行程中，對這家民宿讚不絕口，真的是同價位民宿裏的性價比之王了。
和朋友約定好，下次累了再想休息放空，還來這裏呆呆

房間乾淨衞生，環境還可以。八百一晚，早餐太簡少，性價比不高，和一般民宿基調差不多沒什麼特色^_^，可能帶小朋友去，小朋友會玩的更開心一點。晚上的篝火沒有氛圍，建議可以組織一下玩玩遊戲。

路況還算將就吧，最後那100米比較窄，最好聯繫管家接送一下，還算熱情幫忙提行李很主動。
房間比較乾淨，山裡潮，地暖一直開着的。暖氣充足！這次出行一家三口，還免費給我們加了個床，免費的！！！值得表揚！晚餐吃的土雞湯鍋味道鮮美推薦，第二天中午吃的點餐菜確實就比較一般了；下午茶是免費的不過沒有很精美的糕點都是些小零食， 咖啡喝起來不是速溶，是現磨的
關於温泉，一天衹能泡一次，稍微不足，孩子很喜歡還想泡的，温泉池子比較大，還送了温泉套餐有花瓣葯浴還有氛圍燈，這個準備和服務很讚了！我們住的貝殼房，私湯需要走幾步，不過私密性都比較好，池子大！泡的舒服。
整體來説雖然比不上悦榕莊柏聯這些名氣高檔的，但是在重慶民宿私湯温泉算是性價比很高的了！私湯的氛圍感也營造的不錯。畢竟價格在那兒擺着的！
給店家提個意見，冬天可能植物都枯了，户外的草坪維護的不是很好，有點點影響拍照的效果。
哦 對了我們去的時候聖誕節，民宿準備了篝火晚會玩遊戲還有聖誕長者送禮物！還贈送了煙花，孩子玩的很開心！總體來説不錯！下次多帶幾家朋友來一起玩
