booked 2 rooms for family stay.
location location location. unbeatable, walking distance to major tourists spot and aplenty of food just downstairs.
one of the best stays in my Chongqing - Guiyang trip, laundry will be collected by staff and delivered to our room when it’s done.
my only request is the toilet can be cleaner, esp the shower area. else really perfect stay.

The location was very good. Incredibly convenient. The service were top notch. Free laundry service provided. The view from the room was amazing. We really enjoy the atmostphere and watched movie in bed with the projector every night was our highlight with my family. I wanted to dedicate particularly to the front desks service. The girls were incredibly helpful. Night shift front desk helped me booked the train tickets which I had problem understanding the schedule. And Xiao Lian, provided me with booking Didi to the train station. She walked us down all the way to the street to get us the Didi during rush hour. As my Didi App with western credit card had some issues with. I will highly recommend this hotel and if I ever had a chance to come back, I will stay here again. Plus if you are seeking for hotel who take non smoking seriously. Most hotels in China are smoking permitted, but this hotel are practising strictly non smoking rule.

I chose the hotel based on reviews.
The location is convenient, easy to find.
Nice and positive girls at the reception.
But the room is very small, the WiFi was bad, the projector barely worked.
They didn't send any welcome fruits and there was no tea break with cakes like in the photo on this site :(((
During the day, the elevator takes a long time to wait.
The smoking area is right at the reception, there is a smell of smoke, dirty windows...
