特別好，印象深刻的是門僮小哥因為他的服務態度出色，我們特意問了他的名字，他説他叫小張，當時因為定錯酒店打算寄存行李，他二話不説幫我們行李拿進去，並且歡迎我們入住富力希爾頓，後來溝通下來，因為服務態度和住宿環境，我們選擇了富力希爾頓，也因為小張的服務讓我們短暫的旅遊收穫了幸福感！
