真的是很不滿意他們的服務態度，我們定的一個套房，然後不知道是否因為長時間沒有開的原因還是什麼，味道很大，都沒説啥，空調漏水把行李箱和衣服全部打濕了，因發現的時候已經比較晚了，正好朋友也到了，師傅上來檢修就説暫時休不了，沒辦法衹有喊他們先走，因為要談事，第二天衣服沒幹告訴他們要延遲退房，前台態度也很差就説他們酒店規定最晚下午四點（不是我要延遲，是你們自身房間原因導致的）還跟我提規定，當時是我朋友接的電話，也想着算了，生意不好做對我也不是特別大影響就忍了，都離店了他打電話來説房間消費了兩瓶礦泉水…我説了打電話的幾句，然後給我講他要去酒店申請，幫我免兩瓶礦泉水的錢….我説不用，喊他給我説法，就再也沒有電話了，兩千多的套房，漏水我都沒有過多計較，真的是脾氣好就當你好收拾，希爾頓也是連鎖酒店，真不知道你們的管理是如何做的，全程衹有第一天那個前台姐姐態度不錯，其他，無語，再也不會入住你們品牌的任意酒店了。

整個過程比較順利，前台潘潘笑容很甜美，很喜歡酒店，有底藴，景色也很美，旁邊就是萬達，吃住行都很方便，開心的旅程。
