其他比較滿意，前台服務令我震驚，排隊等候入住時，前面的客人教訓小孩直接朝我的方向摔水瓶，大堂經理看着居然沒有任何錶示。攔不住客人沒關係，一句先生沒事吧這種基礎的表示是屬於服務行業的基本常識吧？這之後還需要我再經過極其漫長的等待，主動找大堂經理詢問能不能再來個人幫我辦入住才幫我去問前台。這種對客人的態度出現在悦榕莊還是非常出乎意料及令人失望的。

管家服務特別貼心周到！雖然沒有便利店但是可以點外賣送到別墅區！我們住的温泉湯院的房間景色特別棒！院子裏的湯泉是24小時隨時可以泡！太適合度假！還會再去！

環境就不用多説了，肯定是不會差的。餐飲方面中規中矩，不出彩也不難吃。主要還是服務比較到位，管家小劉很貼心，響應及時服務到位。強烈建議來了以後住帶單獨泳池的房間，特別舒服自在。酒店其他設施也不錯，適合一家人在這裏度假休閑，兩三天最好。

酒店開業時間較長，設施設備有點陳舊，酒店佔地面積很大，環境清幽，不出酒店也可以玩耍，酒店位於重慶北碚區澄江鎮北温泉度假區，適合自駕前往，總體還是很不錯的。
